Categories

Cleanliness
5.5
Multiple reviews report cockroaches and cleanliness/maintenance issues (e.g., leaks), making cleanliness a clear weakness.
Service
8.5
Reception and general staff are frequently praised as professional and helpful; isolated notes about breakfast staff not promptly replenishing items.
Location
9.5
Consistently highlighted as excellent/privileged (close to shopping, very convenient); strongest positive theme across reviews.
Room Quality
7.5
Many guests praise spacious, comfortable suites, but recurring maintenance issues (leaks, loose skirting, shower splash) and complaints about mattress/pillow comfort lower the score.
Amenities
7.5
In-room amenities (table, cutlery, etc.) are appreciated; gym lacks equipment and elevators show ageing/maintenance needs; towels noted as weak by some guests.
Value for Money
9
Multiple reviews explicitly call out excellent cost-benefit — good value for price paid.
Food and Beverage
7.5
Breakfast receives mixed-to-negative comments: limited healthy/gluten-free options, few protein choices and inconsistent replenishment, although a few guests mention a good breakfast.
Overall Experience
9
Overall sentiment is positive with many 'excellent' recommendations; issues with cleanliness, maintenance and breakfast are notable caveats.
