Best Western Hotel Mediterraneo

Great location, just a block from the beach. Service was friendly. Condition of the room was ok. In general, the rooms need to be renovated as the furniture looked old, and the bathroom looked worn out. The soundproofing wasn't good: I could hear people in the adjoining rooms, especially from the bathroom. The breakfast included in my stay was nice, though some of the cooked food was inedible. Overall, an ok stay, but I wouldn't classify this as a 4-star hotel...definitely a solid 3-star hotel.

Only spent one night, great location to the sea front.

Worn down, check in receptionist was very helpful and nice, morning receptionist very unrude and un polite. Location is goos though.

We were very well taken care of. The guys at the reception desk spoke enough English to hear us and respond to any needs we had. The pool was lovely, and the 5 minute walk to the beach was great. Learned alot about what is needed and how hot the sand can be in the summer! But
I would definitely come back to his high vibe hotel and spend more time there!

This is a great hotel, one of the nicer ones in the area, really well-kept, clean and with great amenities. Restaurant, bar and pool, lovely rooms with balconies, and only a couple of minutes walk from a really nice, safe beach and less than 10 minutes from the nearest train station, direct into Barcelona.
The staff at the hotel were so helpful and polite in answering emails before the trip and trying to accommodate requests.
Only small downsides were that the aircon units made a fairly loud hum that annoyed me but didn't bother my partner at all, and there was not a lot of noise suppression between rooms or privacy, but that was a minor issue.
Would definitely stay again if coming to Barcelona!

I couldn't find the gym, signs are misleading

I have been very disappointed. Firstly waiting forever to get room keys, then they said they do not have my reservation and that they do not know what they can do.
After 30 minutes of searching on computer, someone came and told tha my reservation is all good and even printed on the desk.

The hotel is excellent 100 yards from the beach, excellent buffet breakfast, evening meals good also. €5 for return train in the centre of Barcelona, only 200m from hotel. All in all excellent stay.

The stay was perfect for what I was looking for. I got the room with the nice view, so it was great to relax and recharge. The Hotel staff was super friendly the entire stay, willing to help whenever needed. Breakfast was really good with many options. Location is great, there a small market just across the street, and many restaurant options walking distance (varies from 5-15 min). And just 15 min from the airport (I hit no traffic).

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a diverse selection, which should suit everyones needs. The hotel was a 7 minute walk to the train station which took you to either Barcelona , or Sitges. The sea was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. A 2 minute walk took you to a grocery store. All in all, a pleasant experience

Property needed dusting and cleaning better.
Could only take taxi which are very expensive?
