The staff was so friendly and super helpful. Check-in and check-out was so smooth and effortless. It is in a great location with tons of restaurant options nearby.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. The room was large.

Cons:

Everything else. The entire hotel smelled musty and dank. The overall quality of the room was awful. There were cracks in the walls. Drywall patches that were not covered properly. Their was 1 elevator and it took 5 to 10 minutes to call sometimes. Their were cockroaches in the room at night ( I have pictures of roaches). Overall the room was a terible value. It was 186$ for 1 room in slidell louisiana. My expectations were low because its a comfort inn in a small town but this was the worst stay I've ever had a hotel and I will avoid comfort inn and suites from this point on.

Pros:

Need to serve bacon and eggs without bell peppers.

Cons:

Our ice machine was not working on the second floor. They need more soap in the bathroom. They also need more towels, washcloths, and hand towels left in the bathroom. You need to put fresh lotions also.
