STAFFS GOOD.
LINEN MUST BE SMELL FRESH.

TOILET LOOK A BIT DIRTY AND NEED TO CLEAN MORE.SAME GOES WITH BATHROOMS.
NOT VERY CLEAN LIKE THOSE DAYS BECAUSE IM REGULARLY STAYING THERE.

2. WATER PRESSURE FOR ROOM THAT I STAYED VERY SLOW.SOME ROOM THE WATER PRESSURE ARE OK.

3.SHOWER - MORE HOT WATER INLET THAN COLD.NOT REALLY ENJOYED THE SHOWER.WATER VERY HOT.

Poor housekeeping in and around hotel premise especially the lift area and main entrance glass door. Both are very dirty.

1. the toilet is horrible
2. the blanket have blood stain
3. the bath mat have hair
4. the room at 2nd floor can smell the smoke smell and the food cooking smell in the middle of the night
5. aircon not cold enough although have set as 18 Celsius
