Pros:

There wasn’t much of a check in. Location of building was hard to find. We needed to change rooms after the torrential down pour created some leaking in our room. The Wi-Fi went down but the manager did accommodate us by providing us with a portable Wi-Fi device. Location was good. Price was good.

Phuket taxi scams
Pros:

The only thing location wise good for this hotel is it's near to old town and night market but faraway from the beach. And Taxi to go to patong beach cost THB 400-600 each way. Despite staying 3 nights here, we finally ended up going once to beach only as the taxi costed more than the room. It's not the mistake of the hotel but it's Phuket taxi scams therefore if you are coming to Phuket to enjoy the beach, avoid staying in town.

Pros:

lovely clean large room with small balcony. Only stopped off for one night, suited our arrangements. Owner lives within, friendly but has little English. One thing I would say is the locatiStill tried to help, all in all happy with stay.

Worth the money
Pros:

Shower was cold but besides that it is a a nice clean guesthouse if a little hard to find.
Was only a 5-6 minute walk from the town centre.
