Pros:

Location was excellent, by the side of lake Thun. Very near to public transport facilities. Room size was adequate for the family of 3. Available options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very supportive receptionist.

Cons:

Check in could be little better. We reached there by 11 am whereas check in starts from 4 pm. Could drop our luggage at reception, but were not provided access to any room to just get freshen up. Anyways, we moved out for sightseeing and returned back in the late evening, thereafter everything was well managed.

Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt am See und der ausfahrbare Whirlpool war ein Highlight. Wir hatten neu renovierte, saubere Zimmer auch wenn das Hotel insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und unser Wunsch zwei Zimmer nebeneinander zu bekommen wurde problemlos erfüllt.

L emplacement au bord du lac est très agréable. Petit déjeuner correcte de bonne qualité mais pas trop varié.

Cons:

Y a rien dans la chambre, ni appareil de café, ni bouilloire, ni mini frigo...
Piscine toute petite .

Petit bémol pour le store qui nous a réveillé le matin car pas complètement opaque , mais vraiment c est un petit détail .
