Einmal und nie wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war wunderschön. Traumhafter Ausblick auf Thunersee und die Berge. Die Badetücher wurden geschickt zu einem "Handtuch-Origami" gefaltet was sehr schön aussah.

Cons:

Der Komfort es Zimmers war sehr enttäuschend. Die Einrichtung ein liebloses Bastelwerk. Nichts exakt und sauber verarbeitet. Die Lavabo Armaturen musste man so fest zudrehen, dass der Wasserhahn nicht mehr tropfte. Die Seifen- und Duschmittelspender waren bei Ankunft nur halbvoll und der Duschvorhang empfanden wir als unhygienisch. Der Whirlpool im Zimmer war staubig, vermutlich ein paar Tage nicht benutzt. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und überfüllt. Unser Aufenthalt war mit einem Wanderevent in der Region verbunden. Da es nicht möglich war, das Frühstück vor 07:30 Uhr einnehmen zu dürfen, haben wir zwei Lunchpakete bereits ein paar Tage vor unserer Anreise bestellt. Es war unsere Absicht, diese auf die Wanderung mitzunehmen. Die Lunchpakete waren dann auch pünktlich abholbereit. Jedoch der Inhalt liess uns staunen. Mineralwasser in der Glasflasche, zum öffnen hätten wir einen Flaschenöffner benötigt, Michel Fruchtsaft ebenfalls in der Glasflasche, Joghurt ohne Löffel, je ein Apfel und Banane, eine davon bereits sehr reif, dunkel verfärbt und beschädigt. Das Schinkensandwich war in Ordnung. Sämtliche Produkte waren eiskalt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis für diesen zweitägigen Aufenthalt war eine Abzockerei. Für ein drei Sterne Hotel darf man etwas anderes erwarten.

Cons:

Kaltes Wasser zum Duschen da angeblich die Heizung Defekt war.Eine Mitteilung wäre doch erbracht gewesen.
Das Frühstück für 19.00 Fr. fand ich eher hoch .Die Bedienung war zum teil nicht so aufmerksam.

Quite Little Hotel in a beautiful little town.
Pros:

The property is in a nice quite location, a beautiful 20-minute walk from this station.

Cons:

There is a switch in the bathroom that you have to specifically turn on to get the hot water going. This switch was not clearly marked out and the first day we had to take a cold shower, which wasn't very pleasant. No food after 9pm. Also, the bus service is once every hour - if you miss the bus be prepared to wait for an hour.

Good for one night, but the state of the pool area tainted a bit the good impression I had on the room.
Pros:

The location, parking in front of the hotel, charging station available on the side of the building.
Very close to the public boat dock. Cute playground 10’ walk away on the lakeside.
We had a fantastic lake view from our room, balcony, a dyson was provided.
There is a small fridge for the hotel guests in the commun area (no fridge or complementary drinks im the room). There are also a couple of games and books for children all age.
Friendly staff for the checkin and -out

Cons:

The pool was very nice in this heat, but could use a bit of maintenance/renovation.
No coffee in the room, I believe we need to purchase the capsule in the restaurant.
The room got pretty warm during the heatwave, even though a fan (dyson) was provided.

Toller Strandwanderweg nach Spiez und Umgebung. Das Frühstück war dem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis angepasst und hat uns sehr gemundet.

le restaurant a côter de l'hotel seerose et une catastrophe prévenir que la nourriture et préparer que avec des produits congelés c'est lamentable
