Pros:

Die Lage am See und die Zimmer waren gross.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren nicht in der Nähe wie erwünscht und die Lakt-freie Milch war auch nicht vorhanden. Ich hatte per Mail darum gebeten. Leider Baustelle im Hotel, der Wellnessbereich war kalt und sollte renoviert werden.

Alles in allem ein guter Ort um abzuschalten und aufzutanken.
Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderschön. Das Personal freundlich und das Essen vorzüglich

Cons:

Das angepriesene Bad ist nicht toll. Der Aussenbereich war geschlossen, was nirgends stand.

Pros:

- Sehr gutes Frühstück. Kleine Auswahl aber regional und qualitativ hochwertig.
- Whirlpool im Zimmer
- Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker

Cons:

- Kühlschrank leer, hätte gerne ein paar Getränke und evtl Snacks da gehabt für spontane Gelüste
- Pool wirkt ungepflegt, der Raum könnte viel attraktiver gestaltet werden, liebloser Pool wie in einem Keller
- Store konnte nicht geschlossen werden deshalb war es morgens sehr hell & wir somit sehr früh wach

Tout le personnel est souriant et très gentil.
Notre chambre était très belle avec un super jaccuzi.
La vue est à coupée le souffle.
Le repas au restaurant était très bien également.
On a passé un bon séjour avec ma fille

An Idyllic Location

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit herrlichen Blicken und Touren rund um den Thuner See.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ohne Whirlpool, deshalb ausreichend groß. Die oberen Stockwerke waren auch per Lift errreichbar.
Der Blick vom Balkon war phantastisch, da das Hotel direkt am See steht. Der Parkplatz für Hotelgäste war etwa 150 m entfernt mit einer Schranke gesichert. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich ca. 50 m vom Hotel. Im Hotelpreis inbegriffen war eine Panoramacard für kostengreie Busnutzung u.a. nach Spiez und Thun.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gediegen und teilweise regional. Man konnte bei gutem Wetter schön im Freien auf der
Terasse frühstücken.
Die Rezeptionistinnen waren überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent.
In Faulensee gibt es einen öffentlichen Badestrand mit Liegewiese, Imbiss-Kiosk, Toiletten und Umkleidekabinen.

Cons:

Das Bad hätte etwas größer sein können.
