Πολύ ωραία θέα στη λίμνη
Pros:

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία! Το μπαλκόνι και το δωμάτιο είχαν καταπληκτική θέα στη λίμνη. Το παρκάρισμα ήταν εξασφαλισμενο.

Cons:

Οι οικοχρηστοι χώροι θέλουν ανακαίνιση και το μπάνιο οπωσδήποτε.

Frühstück gut mit schönem Panorama am See

Cons:

Zimmer und Räume sehr alt, wir haben eine Kakerlake gefunden. Die Zimmer waren extrem heiss, und der Ventilator konnte nichts dafür machen. Wir konnten gar nicht schlafen.

Lovely location
Pros:

Our room was located looking over the lake. The mornings were extremely warm in the room due to direct sunlight but the evenings were lovely and cool so sitting on the balcony in the evenings was a real treat. The location for the boats on the lake was perfect. Parking was provided across the road which was good. This was our second visit to this hotel.

Pros:

Die Lage könnte nicht näher am See sein. Die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Zimmer mit Balkonen zur Seeseite haben einen fantastischen Ausblick.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist eher funktional und spärlich eingerichtet. Das ganze Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen und kommt am einen oder anderen Ort zum Vorschein.

Sehr schöne Lage, aber...

Die Lage direkt am See ist wunderbar. Das hoteleigene Restaurant war tadellos, gute Qualität der Speisen und freundliches Personal, wenngleich die Restaurantpreise sehr hoch sind. Die Betten waren hervorragend bequem, tadellos!

Cons:

Dre Empfang war etwas frostig. Die Zimmer sind demodiert, Rotschimmel in den Ecken der Dusche und es roch nach Kanalisation, sobald die Badtüre zu war und der Abluftventilator lief. Durch das dadurch erzeugte Vakuum zog es Luft aus dem Waschtischablauf, was zu dem massivem Fäkalgeruch führte. Der Balkon war sehr pragmatisch hergerichtet. Die Zimmer waren demodiert und müssten allgemein saniert werden, insbesondere auch die Badausstattung.

Die Lage direkt am See ohne Strasse dazwischen.
Aussicht auf den See!

Cons:

Innen und aussen Instandhaltung sehr mangelhaft.
Aussen Unkraut, schmutzige Fenster, innen alles wackelt, Klobrille kaputt, Klima schafft 28grad.
Schade den das Haus hätte viel potenzial!

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus par cet établissement. Au regard du prix demandé, la qualité des prestations est tout simplement inacceptable.

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été particulièrement désagréable. La jeune réceptionniste s’est montrée peu aimable, inflexible et, par moments, insolente. Nous sommes arrivés à vélo un peu avant 15h00, après une longue étape, et il nous a été clairement indiqué qu’aucune chambre ne serait remise avant 16h00 précises, même lorsqu’elles étaient déjà prêtes. Une attitude totalement dépourvue de sens du service.

La chambre est vétuste et manque clairement de propreté. Aucun cintre n’était disponible pour suspendre nos vêtements, ce qui est pourtant un équipement de base dans une chambre d’hôtel.

Les finitions sont également inadmissibles : plusieurs vis traversent le mur et sont visibles directement dans la douche. Un tel niveau de finition est indigne d’un établissement de cette catégorie.

Par ailleurs, il manquait la plaque supérieure du siphon de l’évacuation de la douche, ce qui provoquait d’importantes remontées d’odeurs d’égout dans la salle de bains. L’odeur était si forte que nous avons dû calfeutrer temporairement l’évacuation avec des linges mouillés afin de rendre la chambre supportable. Une situation totalement inadmissible dans un hôtel.

Avant notre séjour, nous avions demandé si un service de lavage de vêtements de sport était disponible. La réponse avait été positive. À notre arrivée, nous avons simplement demandé comment se déroulait ce service, en précisant que nous aurions besoin de nos vêtements pour le lendemain à 9h00. Il nous a alors été répondu que nous aurions dû prévenir à l’avance en raison de notre départ « tôt ». Cette réponse est incompréhensible : le check-out est annoncé entre 9h00 et 12h00. Demander ses vêtements pour 9h00 ne constitue donc en rien un départ anticipé. Nous avions simplement suivi les informations qui nous avaient été communiquées avant notre arrivée.

The room had a spacious balcony with amazing views. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating with giving us a later check in.

The restaurant downstairs had lovely views of the lake but the service was disorganised. Staff members were unsure of who had served us and what orders had been taken.
