Jacuzzi doesn’t work, don’t rent that suite not worth it needs to be replaced, restaurant wasn’t good either, location kinda sucks, it was our first visit into Bangkok and Thailand, wouldn’t recommend this one

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono, anche se le finiture nei bagni lasciano un po' a desiderare. Essendo posizionato su uno stradone trafficato, le stanze più frontali sono piagate dal rumore del traffico che a Bangkok è intenso ( e i mezzi con marmitta rotta non sono pochi..). Tuttavia avendo richiesto cambio della stanza ho risolto il problema. C'è un bel bar ristorante sopra molto gradevole dove si può bere o mangiare e la qualità è buona. Il personale è gentile anche se ho avuto l'impressione che sia poco avvezzo ad ospiti stranieri.

清潔感はあり、スタッフの方も親切でした☺︎
建物自体は若干古いのか、湿気カビの匂いが気になりました
又カードキーが使えなかったりとトラブルがありちょっとタイムロスです💦
対応はすぐしてくれて助かりました。
アメニティに関してはシャンプーボディソープが石油臭くて？苦手でした持参をお勧めします
屋上のレストランは高くて美味しかないので行かない方がいいです笑

Worst experience in Hotel
Pros:

This hotel is my worst hotel I ever stayed.

As I complained to manager K.Kae, I want to tell in writing again.

1. In Room 702, there was a dead bird 🐦‍⬛, rottened. When I opened the window, a bad smell came into room.

So, we asked to change the room. The staff gave me Room 701.
This is the worst room, I couldn't sleep due to the sound, I complained 4~5am. The staff came into my room. He said, it's a sound of water pump. It's terrible, how come your hotel charges for this noisy room. Couldn't sleep, waked up many times. Your hotel shouldn't let the guest staying in this room.

4. Another thing, I left room 701, and I forgot something when I returned the room 701. The lady cleaner wiped toilet cover and seat with towels. This is most terrible thing shouldn't happened.

How come cleaner use a towel which is we using for dryinh our face and body to wiped toilet seat and cover. This is most terrible experience I ever had in the hotel
