La ubicación. Las vistas maravillosas
Los baños. Necesitan una reforma urgente
Belle chambre avec belle vue sur la Cathédrale. Très bon emplacement pour visiter Cuenca. Très beau lit à baldaquins. Très belle et grande cage d'escalier de l'ancien couvent. Offre de restauration le soir très correcte sur une terrasse très agréable. Grand professionnalisme et gentillesse du personnel du restaurant en terrasse le soir.
Equipement salle de bains pas à la hauteur du 4* affiché, petits savons, douche un peu vieillotte. Ancien couvent réaménagé avec du matériel et une décoration un peu bas de gamme.

La ubicación, a menos de 50 metros de la plaza mayor es la mejor posible, un lugar para repetir!!
No servía el aire acondicionado en pleno verano. Inaceptable (lo comentamos varias veces y no hicieron nada), la ducha estaba dañada y rabien lo comentamos....... las instalaciones no están para ser un hotel 4 estrellas y cobrar el precio que tienen .....

La ubicación es buena y la cama
Me encontré con un baño que el alumbrado era como estar "a media luz", imposible poder maquillarme con esa luz, carecía de escobilla del wc, carecía del kit de baño (cepillo dientes, gorro ducha....) para ser un hotel de 4* sólo tenía gel y champú en zona de bañera y un diminuta pastillita de jabón para servicio de lavabo y bidé, para dos personas.....la ducha funcionaba fatal, igual salía el agua muy caliente que muy fría, imposible regularla, con un chorrito de agua con poca fuerza.....
En la habitación habían colocado el tv encima del tocador, con lo cual el espejo de la habitación estaba totalmente ocultado por la pantalla del tv.
La persona de recepción poco amable, pedimos un mapa de Cuenca y nos remitió a la oficina de Turismo, a la salida dijimos "hasta luego" y ni siquiera levantó la cabeza para respondernos, que ni respondió por cortesía
