L’aria condizionata nella sala della colazione, si gelava. Accesa con temperatura troppo bassa anche la mattina presto quando fuori non c’era una caldo così esagerato che la richiedesse
Lovely balcony, spacious room, large, comfortable beds, great location. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is delicious!
We couldn’t work out the tv, even with the instructions. The air conditioner is great, but we weren’t able to turn it off through the night.
The location is perfect, everything is close to main attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful. All praise.

The hotel's location is excellent—close to the Gothic Quarter and all the main attractions.
There is a lovely room next to the dining area designed like a living room, which is great to sit in, as well as a charming terrace.

בנוסף יש רעש לא סביר בחדר (כנראה בעיית בידוד). כל בנאדם שעובר במסדרון או סוגר דלת זה נשמע כאילו הוא בתוך החדר. התעוררתי מרעש מספר פעמים בכל לילה.
ממליצה לחפש מלון אחר באיזור או אפילו באותו הרחוב (יש כמה).
This is a low-standard hotel, more suitable for 2 stars than 4. There is no lobby. The breakfast is okay, but minimal.
The rooms are very basic and lack standard amenities like body lotion.
I stayed in a single room, and it was unreasonably small.
Additionally, there is unreasonable noise in the room (likely an insulation issue). Every person walking down the hallway or closing a door sounds as if they are inside the room. I woke up from noise several times every night.
I recommend looking for a different hotel in the area or even on the same street (there are several).
The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is easy to get to and has a great central location. Even though it’s right in the city centre, it was surprisingly quiet at night, so we had a great sleep. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay!
