Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Ein Hotel komplett ohne Klimaanlage. Das habe ich leider bei der Buchung nicht gesehen und es war während des Aufenthaltes leider sehr heißes Wetter und das Zimmer entsprechend warm.

Tolle Lage, nettes Team und alles sehr sauber

Cons:

Leider keine Klimaanlage, bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur war das Zimmer zum Garten schon recht warm.

Wunderbar ruhige Lage für Aufenthalte Norderstedt und Hamburg
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig, im Grünen, die Stadt Hamburg ist sehr gut erreichbar, Parkplätze bei Bedarf vorhanden, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Betten sind bequem, Wasserkocher vorhanden, Fenster zu öffnen, Sauna und Fitnessbereich gut ausgestattet und top gepflegt, zusätzliche Handtücher sind dort vorhanden. Wir konnten nach einem anstrengenden Tag in Hamburg wunderbar entschleunigen, Norderstedt selbst ist ebenfalls sehenswert

Alles wunderbar, nur die Tassen im Zimmer hatten Gebrauchsspuren, die, Dusche benötigt eine neue Dichtung

Die Größe des Zimmers, das Frühstück und das freundliche Personal. Zimmer war sauber

We would happily stay here again.
Pros:

The park next door was great for walking our dogs. Hotel room was good. Staff were friendly. Supermarkets were very close for picking up some food and drinks.

Hotel agradable con personal muy amable
Pros:

El personal muy amable, fueron muy atentos. La habitación estaba muy limpia, todo el lugar es muy limpio y tranquilo, usamos el sauna, la instalación es sencilla pero suficiente.

Cons:

Que no hay aire acondicionado en la habitación, tampoco ventilador y hacía mucho calor, creo que tener al menos ventilador sería conveniente. Las almohadas eran muy grandes, pero muy grandes, le quedan bien a la cama pero no son cómodas para el cuello.

The room was big and clean.

It was heat wave and there was no air con or fan in the room. I found the mattress too soft, like I would drown in the middle, which realky didn’t help with the heat
