Cons:

1. Интернет совсем медленный
2. Телевизор почти не показывает, постоянно зависает, долго ждать пока загрузиться канал
3. Смарт ТВ вообще нет, персонал говорит уже 2 года говорят руководству, но никакой реакции
4. По приезду попросил сделать документы для сдачи отчёта в бухгалтерию, сказали при выезде будет готово, но в последний день перед отъездом ни кто ничего не знает, сделали непонятные чеки, короче ((((!!!!!!
5. Цена - качество вообще ни как не идёт для гостиницы международного класса!!! ((((((

Расположение, красивый дизайн комнат и отеля.

Cons:

Не работал кондиционер, в комнате было очень очень душно. И в целом ремонт хоть и красив, но немного староват, но не критично. Также в другом забронированном нами номере люксе не работала кофемашина, но ее никто не починил после нашей просьбы.
