Персонал не совсем был квалифицирован, первый день когда приехали персонал был отличный, потом мы сьехали на 1 день и вернулись 6 августа на 2 дня, ресепшн удивил новыми правилами через 2 дня, долго не приходили не заполняли мини бар, могли бы сразу сказать, на террасе девушка обслуживала, торт не смогли выпросить поздравить дочку с др, у нее др было 6 августа. когда были 2 дня на 2 день уборку запросили, убрались плохо, и не заполнили всем чем нужно а просто положили тоже самое использованное, и мини бар так и не заполнили 2 день, хотя за / дня запросили депозит 40 тысяч, обслуживание что га террасе что в номер сервис долгий!

My favorite place to stay in Shymkent.
Pros:

I really enjoy staying at Rixos hotels, so I have a good basis for comparison. This one in Shymkent is among the most beautifully decorated, in the best sense of the word. What truly stands out, however, is the breakfast—especially the bakery section. Everything is homemade and absolutely delicious.

Terrible hôtel
Pros:

Absolutely terrible hotel.

The room cost 89,000 KZT per night, yet the service and overall condition of the hotel were nowhere near worth the price.

We stayed for one night (June 19–20, 2026). From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel had serious organizational issues. There was no concierge, and only one receptionist on duty. While we were checking in, another guest was visibly upset and complaining that he had been waiting for over an hour to have his issue resolved.

The room lacked basic amenities such as an iron, kettle, and hair dryer. We had to make several phone calls just to have these essential items delivered.

The rooms themselves are very worn out and in desperate need of renovation. The entire property feels outdated and poorly maintained.

I am genuinely disappointed that I chose this hotel. For this price, one would expect a much higher level of service, comfort, and attention to detail.

This was my definitely my last stay here.

At best, I would rate this hotel 1 star — and even that is being generous.
