Замечательный завтрак и очень внимательный персонал.
Отдельно порадовала маленькая, но важная деталь — влажные салфетки на столе. Чувствуется забота о гостях.

Расположение, красивый дизайн комнат и отеля.

Cons:

Не работал кондиционер, в комнате было очень очень душно. И в целом ремонт хоть и красив, но немного староват, но не критично. Также в другом забронированном нами номере люксе не работала кофемашина, но ее никто не починил после нашей просьбы.

Румсервис работает просто отвратительно сотрудники не знают что можно заказывать завтрак не только по телефону но и через меню заказов в номере. Телефон в номере работает только в ванной.

It’s overpriced.
Pros:

Breakfast was really nice, lots of choice. Smiling and very professional staff.

Cons:

U can hear all weird noises from other rooms and floors. It’s not appropriate when you travel with kids. They should accommodate families on the same floors. The amenities are old.
