Área de recepção e apartamento amplos, bem mobiliados, limpos e bem conservados. O atendimento do pessoal foi excelente, desde a recepção do carro, no desk de check-in, no room service, sempre dispostos a nos ajudar. Café da manhã no apartamento também muito bem servido. A localização do hotel é especial, vista bonita da ponte estaiada (ícone!), fácil acesso e ao lado de um bom shopping center. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom, especialmente o Bacalhau !

O hotel fica do lado do shopping, tem estacionamento e valet. O quarto é muito confortável e espaçoso, o banheiro também e estava tudo limpo. Tem secador de cabelo e eles dão shampoo, condicionador, hidratante, sabonete e pente como amenidades. O café da manhã do hotel também é muito bom! E os funcionários são muito educados e simpáticos! Melhor hotel de SJC!
