Great location, decent enough stay
Pros:

Within walking distance to several shops and food places in Lewiston. Across the street is a good view of the river that was pretty peaceful. It's a short drive to the falls and Fort Niagara. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the room, but it was fine. Not dirty or anything, but dated maybe. Breakfast was decent, not great but not bad either. The parking situation wasn't bad, just know the parking lot is across the street. I would stay there again.

Cons:

Parking wasn't ideal, but as mentioned before, it really wasn't bad. It's right across the street, so no big deal. Thw room was fine, one more chair or a couch would've been nice, but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.

Perfect location that would benefit from some TLC and upgrades.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The price was fair.
Some things needed upgrades. Chipping paint, worn linens etc.

Cons:

There were no windows that opened and the room got stuffy. The AC/Heat unit was difficult to use.

It was good with a few hiccups which they remedied on the second day or our stay.
Pros:

Great location. Beautiful view.

Cons:

Air conditioner in room was leaking and carpet was wet. The leak caused a bit of a damp smell and feel. They did give us another room on the second day which was an upgrade.

Niagara Crossing Hotel is very disappointing.
Pros:

The location of the hotel for Lewiston, NY and the view of the Niagara river is wonderful!

Cons:

Parking is confusing and limited. So I got a ticket the first night there along with 3 other guests. The room on the 3rd floor overlooks the Niagara river, but it's hard to see because the windows are so dirty. There is NO exhaust in the bathroom so the musty air is recirculated back into the already dank room and a strong air freshener is sickening when you walk in. The floors on the 4th floor are wooden and every footstep and dropped item is easily heard throughout the day and NIGHT. WE were awoken all night long for 4 nights. I asked to be moved the first day but was told there was no resolution. The furniture is very worn all throughout the hotel, the towels are thin and basic. Beds are comfortable enough but feel damp due to the air issue in the room. The breakfast area was OK. Everyone made fun of the unknown mystery scrambled eggs. Such a shame, This could be such a beautiful hotel if someone would put the money back into it and refurbish it with some class. We will stay somewhere else next time.
