cozy, clean, and in a nice spot.
Wish spa had mani-pedi. Breakfast was mediocre.
Breakfast is great, good options, nice large room and very comfortable bed.
Was very noisy for part of the evening, not sure if there was a part going on, but very loud.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and check out. The property is in a great location.
The property was great, but the bed was not very comfortable.
Convenient and close to where we need to be

I stayed there 10 years ago and it is still as beautiful as it was. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Had a fantastic stay! Especially since our dog was welcomed and the room was fantastic for my daughter who is in a wheelchair. Can’t wait to stay there again!
Would be nice if there was a bit more parking.
The bar closes too early
Location
Hallways had lingering bad smells.

Another great stay. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Great location in Lewiston. Very quick & helpful when out NYC to UK flights got cancelled due to weather & booked us in for another night.

Very cute and clean
Beautiful historic venue with a view of the Niagara River
Proximity to border and beautiful scenery overlooking the river. Large clean rooms and excellent price for what you get
Loved everything about it !
The staff was very kind and helpfull. Breakfast was okay and the rooms were clean. Lewiston was a nice little village and the hotel is placed by the river which is beautiful. But please don't be fooled by these few nice details. It is NOT worth the stay.
I do not understand how it can be a 4 star hotel and don't get how the ratings here on Booking can be this good. The hotel is worn down. I booked two nights for my family of 4. we booked a big room with a sofa bed, but we had to ask for linen and make the bed ourselves. The walls and floors are so thin that you can hear people talking, snoring and walking. We didn't sleep much the first night and asked to move to another room but they gave us the room just beside the one we had and the noise was the same. We also asked for a refund for the first night but the hotel couldn't accommodate that.
It’s a beautiful hotel, but could use a little more TLC. The staff was nice. We love the location and proximity to so many different restaurants and shops.
The bathrooms in our room and our friend’s rooms were not very clean. The pillows on the beds were not very comfortable.
