Pleasant stay. Wouldn’t rule out staying again.
Pros:

The rooms were clean. Location was good. Lewiston is I nice town with plenty of places to eat and walk about the town.

Cons:

Parking is challenging. Very little parking near the hotel. Otherwise you have to use remote parking lots. Wasn’t a huge deal for me but could create a challenge for elderly or handicapped.

Great place would stay here again
Pros:

This is a very nice property that overlooks the water. Right next to Center Street probably a 15 minute walk to our park. The staff was great and the free breakfast in the morning was exceptional.

Cons:

I suppose the shower water pressure could’ve been better, but no big deal

I have no real complaints. Nice but aging hotel.
Pros:

Blackout curtains. Complimentary breakfast better than most.

Cons:

The pedestal sink in the bathroom. I would prefer a counter to place toiletries. Also the light above the mirror could be brighter.

Pros:

We love staying at Niagara crossing. We usually stay here when we come to the area to visit our college student.

Cons:

The quality of the breakfast food has really decreased. It really used to make the hotel stand out.

Incredible location and experience but keep the lights on and the Jacuzzi hot
Pros:

We loved the location, the staff, and the Riverview Suite was spectacular. Everything was clean and well presented. Staff attitude was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The lights in front of the hotel entrance (drive-through)were not on at night. This was strange. The Jacuzzi in the health spa was working, but cold. Why would there be a jacuzzi if it is not hot?

Pros:

Bellissima struttura situata in riva al Niagara. Camera e bagno molto ampi, puliti. Ottima insonorizzazione. Letto comodo. Buona colazione a buffet, sia salata che dolce, anche con prodotti freschi. Noi abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio o nel cortile interno oppure nel parcheggio pubblico gratuito di fronte all'hotel. In bagno ci sono sia la doccia che la vasca idromassaggio. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

Il wifi in camera non funziona molto bene. La doccia è priva di doccino e inoltre il getto d'acqua parte sempre con acqua fredda (il miscelatore regola in contemporanea la temperatura e la potenza).

Niagara Crossing is a great place to stay!
Pros:

Easy to access from a main road

Cons:

The parking was limited, and it was a bit dark walking from the lower parking lot at night, up the set of stairs to the area in front of the hotel. Additionally, some of the outlets in the room didn’t work.

Beautiful stay & would visit again
Pros:

Location & very friendly staff

Cons:

Didn’t like my room key deactivating if near cell phone or key fob. Us women put everything in our purse & even when I put key away in other compartments it still deactivated
Also bathroom could be cleaner … mold in ceiling etc. but overall enjoyable
