Loved everything about it !
The staff was very kind and helpfull. Breakfast was okay and the rooms were clean. Lewiston was a nice little village and the hotel is placed by the river which is beautiful. But please don't be fooled by these few nice details. It is NOT worth the stay.
I do not understand how it can be a 4 star hotel and don't get how the ratings here on Booking can be this good. The hotel is worn down. I booked two nights for my family of 4. we booked a big room with a sofa bed, but we had to ask for linen and make the bed ourselves. The walls and floors are so thin that you can hear people talking, snoring and walking. We didn't sleep much the first night and asked to move to another room but they gave us the room just beside the one we had and the noise was the same. We also asked for a refund for the first night but the hotel couldn't accommodate that.

It’s a beautiful hotel, but could use a little more TLC. The staff was nice. We love the location and proximity to so many different restaurants and shops.
The bathrooms in our room and our friend’s rooms were not very clean. The pillows on the beds were not very comfortable.
Beautiful location
I had wasps in my first room but the staff handled it more than appropriately. They moved me to a different room. I would recommend this hotel!
Customer service was excellent. Front entrance was impressive. Location can’t beat. Hallways were lovely. Room was clean but could be more inviting. A/C in room was noisy. All round I would recommend this hotel and book again!

Bathroom was huge but no vanity, just a small sink. There was nowhere to put your toiletries or curling iron. Also no outlets on lamps/tabke between beds to plug in your phone
Great selection for breakfast.
Great place, staff was exceptional. The only thing I did not care for was their covid policy of cleaning the rooms. If I pay for a room it should be cleaned everyday. Not every 3 days. The bathroom smelled moldy from the wet bath towels needs a fan in there. I shouldn't have to ask for
towels or empty my own garbage. Will might have to consider next time I book. Don't get me wrong, loved it except for housekeeping policy.

Breakfast was excellent. Great selection, the eggs were delicious.
The tile floor in the shower was super slippery, there was absolutely nothing to hold on to. As a senior citizen this is a major safety concern.
It needs a grab bar.
