Pros:

Great location and really smart hotel. Our room was large and very comfortable.

Cons:

It is extremely hot at the moment and the hotel could not provide a fan to cool the room.

A very pleasant and tranquil stay
Pros:

The location was excellent for . Only 10-15 mimnsfrom the wedding venue . The breakfast was excellent

Majorly disappointed.
Cons:

I didn't know such small TV sets existed today. The wifi mostly said "Connected without internet" which is useless for me. There is no footpath along the busy main road into Kendal.

Pros:

Did not experience the breakfast, but the menu looked good!
Bartender Lee helpful with directions to town by foot.

Outdoor drink seating was pleasant in front of hotel

Cons:

There was a somewhat noisy dog 'at times" directly across the hall. Not a deal breaker though

Very pleasant hotel and good location.
Pros:

Our room had good facilities. Bathroom was very nice. Lovely view from our window. Breakfast very good.
Able to have evening meal in the hotel. Easy access to lake district.

Cons:

Would be good to have some decaffeinated tea in the room.

The room we had was superb. Perfect for four of us. The food in the evening also amazing and staff were brilliant

Lovely room, friendly staff and great food!
Pros:

Lovely boutique feel to the room and lots of space for us as a family. Food at the restaurant was excellent and the location was perfect for stopping off but also exploring the lakes.

Pros:

Very nice place with good room bar and restaurant.

Cons:

Very little ventilation in hot weather, cup marks all over dressing table and far too many cushions for our liking (ten in one room).
