No coffee pot. AC was dirty, I cleaned the filter. Not enough towels and wash cloths for 3 guests. Our room was suppose to have queen beds. Had full size beds.

The front desk staff was warm, friendly and VERY helpful! Close to Dollywood, food and other entertainment.

Cons:

Came with great nieces and there was a lot of spiderweb outside the room and stairs.

We were scared to go to sleep because of bugs.
Cons:

There were stink bugs in our room. The beds were all beat up and not comfortable. Bedding was stained. Pillows had stains. Baseboards had dust all around the room. Air conditioner was very noisy. There were no elevators and our were on the second floor. We had to carry everything up the stairs.

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Misleading. Said there was a pool and there wasn't one. Bathroom light was falling down. Floor was dirty. Had to go to office everyday and ask for towels. Shower was dirty. I had a service dog and they charged me 20.00 a night for her. I would like a refund of my money. I definitely won't stay there again

I was disappointed with my stay because I found ants in my hotel room. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of a hotel experience, and this issue made me uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses the problem and improves pest control and housekeeping so future guests have a better experience.
