Dated and tired.
Pros:

Location is good. Plenty of eateries and massage / spas. Walking distance to shopping malls.

Cons:

Very dated. Water pressure is very weak. Didn’t like it. Old and dated. TV channels are all local and in malay. No English or international channels or Netflix or YouTube.
