Great stay. Good location & convenient
Pros:

Very good location, close to BTS, shops, restaurants, quiet, clean, staff is friendly & helpful

Cons:

Inside cupboard under sink smell quite bad even after cleaned & empty bin. Smell might come from the pipe.
I don’t like that there is clear glass window in the bathroom. It’s not private. It’s ok for a couple but I stayed with a friend. We need to shut the bedroom door when use the bathroom. Sometimes nobody at reception when needed help.

Hôtel sans prétention et modique
Pros:

C'est le même hôtel que l'année dernière.
Prix modique, bien situé, calme en retrait de la rue passante. Petit resto à 2 pas pour les petits déjeuners

Cons:

La piscine ressemble plus à un pédiluve qu'à une piscine. Mais la douche de la chambre est bien bonne.

A comfortable stay at a great location.
Pros:

I loved the location. It was walking distance from the BTS but far enough for it to be quiet and peaceful. The area nearby had plenty of places to try local food, spas, malls and even a night market! The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The hot water and water pressure were perfect! Extra bath mats and towels were freely available. The room included a hairdryer. There was a laundry service. The free WiFi worked well.

Cons:

The bed linen was only changed upon request. Most hotels change it once in three days even without specifically being asked to do so.
My room was on the ground floor and there was little to no natural light from the side door / windows. Although they had made an effort to create some privacy by growing plants between the patio and the walkway, people walking past could easily see into the room if the curtains were open. There was a sewage smell from the drains so it was impossible to open the door to get fresh air into the room. Overall, it wasn’t too much of a problem for me because I was hardly in the room. I was basically out all day and only returned to shower and sleep. However, for those who might wish to spend more time in the room, the limited access to fresh air and natural light could potentially be more of a problem.

Very much enjoyed my stay
Pros:

I just loved its central location, quiet road and entrance to hotel. Lovely lady at the end of the street who sold us Pomelo, lovely cafes and residential buildings. Very near Phrom Phen transport and buses on main road, lots of shops and restaurants.

Very satifactory
Pros:

It was a very convenient location.The rooms were cleaned Daily and the sheets changed every other day. We had a quiet room. There is a lift in the hotel. The reception staff were helpful and our deposit was returned in full. My friend wanted to extend his stay from the 60 day visa free period and the hotel provided him with the paper work to get a 30 days vias extension. I can't understand why their score is so low. In my case I think they deserve a 10.

Pros:

服務人員很熱情～回來都會跟我們打招呼，清潔打掃也蠻乾淨的。而且地點真的很棒！
我們的房型是有洗衣機的～很適合會待好幾天的人。
特別想感謝幫我們打掃房間的人員，他們發現我們洗衣服之後，只能吊在房間哩，還幫我們拿了曬衣架，太貼心了！
