Solid accommodation, nice staff, good facilities

Das Hotel ist insgesamt eher durchschnittlich in Anbetracht des Preises. Wir haben dort nur eine Nacht verbracht – für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das zuverlässige WLAN, die zentrale Lage (ideal für Besichtigungen) sowie der freundliche und hilfsbereite Service.
Unser erstes Zimmer war jedoch stark abgewohnt und roch sehr modrig, sodass wir dort nicht bleiben konnten. Nach Rücksprache erhielten wir ein alternatives Zimmer, das in einem besseren Zustand war. Trotzdem macht das Hotel insgesamt einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck und die Zimmer wirken wenig einladend. Leider war die Bettwäsche auch nicht ganz sauber und wies Flecken auf.
Das Frühstück war zwar gut, allerdings fehlte mir eine größere Auswahl an frischem Obst. Zudem waren einige Speisen häufig leer und wurden erst auf Nachfrage wieder aufgefüllt.
Fazit: Für eine Nacht ist das Hotel in Ordnung, aber ich würde nicht noch einmal dort übernachten.

shower was terrible..water was not hot.. bed sheets was dirty, floor was sticky. lights in the bathroom was not working.

The mAngment of the Maxone hotel central seems like amateurs when it come to run hotel, a sound like a motor, thanks to a helpful reseptiomist we got another room, but when the opening in windows to outside is a centimeter big it is almost like sleep outside when it come to noisy. In general it is only soap in shower, (dispenser), that is not easy after use the shower, fundamental thing is missing, it is the owner / management not know how to run hotels at all compare to most others hotels,

The hotel is close proximity to most shopping centres and Chinatown. However the rooms are filled with either lots of mosquito's or Bed Bugs. My legs and body is ridden with bites that leavs me itching the whole day inside. I did NOT like the stay there

No wifi connectivity in the room due to 'technical glitch'

No hot water for shower. Very dissapointing. Ive booked for 2 nights without hot water shower TT. No even information.
AC have some trouble. Water flowing from ac, to my precious shoes. TT

Room is okay, staff make the sheet and put new bottle water everyday, air conditioner works very well, sometimes you can hear traffic noise.

You can hear people talking on the corridor till 22.00. Furnitures may not that new, you can see dirty area on the sofa and chair, like the one had been use for over 3 years. Broken and repaired washstand and no hair dryer in the room.

Well, this hotel is not the top choice but price corresponds to still need to give applause to the friendly staffs they have. Always smile and patients to answer question. Good job, guys.

Good location - near Chinatown and major roads. Room was quite small and there was no electric kettle or safety box in the room. That explains the low charge for the room. Breakfast was quite good.

The room is clean but small. You can see they have their thoughts in decoration. The breakfast is just okay.

Service staff are so helpful and polite. Welcome drink served. Very close to Chinatown which is main attraction of our trip to Jakarta. Overall is superb. thank

飯店在巷子內，但窗戶隔音不佳，住2樓還是聽得到外面的車聲

The hotel was really good - a short stroll un into Batavia and the fantastic Cafe Batavia

There are ants and mosquito in the room plus foul smell (like sewer smell) coming from the toilet.

No tissue paper provided and for a "deluxe" room it should have a refrigerator.

The only positive point I can think of is the location which is very near to Chinatown (Glodok).

The room is decent and adequately clean. Only qualms I have are the sewage smell upon flushing the toilet once. Other than that the smell was contained in the toilet and did not spread to the room during the night.

本人訂了２間房住了２晚。　樓下大堂餐廰食物可口，　價錢合理，　第一晚其中一間房的床單有污漬，即時要求更換床單後獲跟進更換。地點方便，清潔方便有改善空間。　

Breakfast is terrible, staff is the best, room is new very comfortable bed, bathroom is good but need more improvement or cleaning more. Rate is 4 out of 5 location is not convenient, not much shops, no office, no tourist attractions
