Pros:

Bequeme Betten, tolle Lage direkt neben der Therme, Frühstück und Abendessen in Buffetform bei HP war lecker, freundliches Personal, Frühstücksspeck war richtig knusprig

Cons:

Auswahl an frischem Obst zum Frühstück könnte größer sein, ein paar Ventilatoren im Speisesaal würden es erträglicher machen angesichts der Hitze.

Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Frühstück (auf der Terrasse) und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wunderschöner Ausblick vom Zimmer/Balkon und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war zwar sauber und in Ordnung, aber noch nicht renoviert.
Im Moment große Baustelle wegen der anstehenden Landesgartenschau.

Pros:

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption und Frühstücksbuffet.
Frühstücksbuffet TippiToppi, alles vorhanden, frisch es ging nie was aus!
Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption, (Zimmer überhitzt) gleich ein Ventilator bekommen!

Cons:

Leider wurden wir nicht informiert, dass Rund um das Hotel umgebaut wird,
Überhitztes Zimmer (trotz Ventilator),
Wenig Parkplätze,
Kühlschrank (Minibar) kühlt nicht,
Lüfter im Bad defekt,
Duschkabine undicht,
Allgemein ist das Zimmer Renovierungsbedürftig!

Das schlimmste war, dass trotz abgeschlossener Schublade, Geld abhanden gekommen ist.

Pros:

Mensen zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er werd goed rekening gehouden met gluten en lactose intolerantie. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en prima. Avond eten ook goed. Ook super fijn dat bezoek aan thermen in de prijs erbij zit. Omgeving is heel mooi, oude binnenstad is ook leuk.

Mooie kamer en gratis toegang tot de welness. Ook goed ontbijt

Cons:

Von außen kein Highlight, aber schön renoviert
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, aber gut gepflegt und die Zimmer sind größtenteils renoviert, aber nicht alle.

Cons:

Von außen sicherlich kein Hingucker, aber das Hotel liegt wunderschön gelegen im Tal und unweit der Wasserfälle und Burg Urach.

Op zich goed maar voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt naast de thermaal baden van Bad Urach. Dat is een voordeel. De kamer die we kregen was modern, op de badkamer na, die was gedateerd maar functioneel en kraakhelder schoon.
Het ontbijt was goed en voldoende uitgebreid.

Cons:

De omgeving is één grote bouwput, het hotel hoort in de categorie vergane glorie hoewel ze hun best doen met renovaties.
Parkeren was dramatisch, terrein stond vol en de kennelijk aanwezige parkeergarage werd niet gebruikt, reden onbekend.
Op Booking laten ze het lijken alsof het zwembad bij het hotel hoort, niks is minder waar. Je mag er 1x kosteloos heen en alles daarna moet je betalen, jammer!
