Cons:

1) On arrival my room had been booked out and the staff member had to relocate me to another room which took close to half 45 minutes..
2)1 was to believe only 5 steps into the hotel but that was tripled plus another 6 down to the room I was relocated to as I mentioned.. I did email the hotel requesting a room on the lower level, which I received an email saying that was taken care of but as I mentioned that wasn't the case on my arrival, for which I was not late on our agreeded arrival.
3) No fridge in the room only a community fridge open to every other guest so very unsafe to my comfort.
4) The shared bathroom (shower section, had water lying night and day on the floor from people using the shower. Unsafe and a health issue having to walk in the water as one could easily slip over.
5) The air conditioning lis a box wall type and very loud which had to be ran because the days & nights I was there was heat wave temperatures.. So very uncomfortable situation with the noise.

Value for money has fallen.
Pros:

Room was clean, linen clean, aircon was strong.

Cons:

The public areas need a bit more care. The main halls - carpet hard/collapsed and almost feels wet.

Back area/stairs to exit really need attention.

Solid hostel, but not a hotel. If you have a short stay and are only looking for a centre, ideal
Pros:

Shared Showers were clean

Cons:

More of a hostel than a hotel. The rooms are partly dirty on the walls. (Spider webs, dead animals, other indescribable dirt in the corners between wall and ceiling )
No way to open a window without animals such as flies or mosquitoes entering.

Toilets are cleaned every morning, which with three toilets and almost 20 rooms with min. 2 people is little. Should be cleaned more often
