Bed was comfy showers were great
The 1st person I spoke with at check-in lied to his manager about me waiting to check in as it was outside normal hours
I was waiting over 20 mins outside the door to enter reception area

Nothing really
That it was close to shops.
That the bin in the apartment was full of someone else rubbish.
That a sweeper decided to clean the road at 3am and woke us up with flashing orange lights and very noisy.
It was advertised we would have 2 x double beds and a single bed and couch.
We had 2 double beds that was it we couldnt even stay with the 4 kids being able to sleep appropriately.
Location was perfect for our needs, staff were so friendly and accommodating, room was clean and tidy, bathroom facilities were top notch

Room clean, great location to the local skate park and restaurants and beach. Cleaning staff were super friendly and accommodating.
Road noise and building works were a little loud but probably the quietest room given the pokies out the back!
The bar staff were friendly
Everything. Arrived at 5pm, after driving from Sydney to 10 hours with two teenage girls. I had indicated on my check in that this was our arrival time. We couldn’t get in the accommodation. The bar staff radioed through to a manager who rudely told her we had to wait an hour. Which we did. We were then taken upstairs to the reception where we were greeted by a half naked man bouncing around the kitchen area and looked methed to the eye balls. We then had to call the reception number - twice: I could hear the phone ringing behind the shutters. Eventually we were checked in and told we had to wait because a drunk indigenous woman wouldn’t leave and was being aggressive and the police had to be called. Meanwhile, meth man circled in and out around my kids. We went to the room where my kids told me they were too afraid to go to the bathroom or showers - and to be fair there’s no way on the planet I would have felt safe letting them. So we left and I booked somewhere else. I contacted booking.com for a refund as this place is absolutely jog safe for minors and the hotel has just ghosted them. So that’s super fun. Hopefully my money had been put towards some rehabilitation services

Great value in a convenient location. Staff are friendly, bathrooms are very clean and well-outfitted. Surrounded by stores and restaurants (including a Coles), quick walk to the beach, and easy to catch a bus downtown.
Air is a bit musty, would be nice to have a second microwave.
The toilets were super clean and rooms were very comfy.
Friendly staff, especially the female house keeper who helped me with my bag down the stairs.
She was always happy while doing her job of a morning.
That I couldn't open a windows for fresh air. Don't really like air conditioning.
Even though I knew there would be no lift to assist me with my luggage up to my room.
A lift would be helpful.
Lucky for me a friendly local gentleman carried my bag up the flight of stairs.
