Location and staff
Pros:

Great location, roof top pool great and rooms to pool great also. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough. Staff made our stay 10/10

Enjoyable pity the pool is so cold
Pros:

Good location , plenty of great restaurants very close by. Access to the beach with a scooter was easy

Cons:

We paid for a pool access room but the pool is so cold we never used it. Being a pool access room it was easy to get to our room when we returned to the hotel day or night.

Fantastic
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. We really loved the hotel, especially the pools and the children’s play area. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Ok, if you want the hustle and bustle of Kuta and just a place to sleep it is fine
Pros:

Very central location, good pool, good food

Cons:

Rooms very small, lots of maintenance issues with rooms. We were on level 3 and rhe baulustrade to the balcony was loose and dangerous, we moved to a ground floor room and our key access card failed multiple times they had to reprogram and pull the door apart 3 times during our stay.

Great value for money. Superb staff. Especially the staff at kids club.
Pros:

Staff was extremely helpful and caring. Dion at kids club was the best.

Other than the money Fien payment not being refundable everything was perfect couldn’t fault it.
Pros:

Nothing was a problem, always making sure you were good.

Cons:

The down payment for things you may use, drink or eat is non refundable. Should be able to put money down, what you use is taken out at end of stay the rest is put back in your card.
