Pros:

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta as a family of three and had a wonderful experience. We usually enjoy staying at Four Points properties when travelling, and this one did not disappoint.

The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Kuta Beach and nearby shopping areas. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety, and the team was very professional and welcoming. I particularly remember Kris and Vanessa for their outstanding service.

The pool area is also great, especially for families. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would happily recommend this hotel.

너무 친절함
Pros:

직원들이 매우 친절했습니다. 조식때마다 불편함이 없는지 체크하고 체크아웃 날에는 특별 메뉴도 준비해주었습니다. 위치도 나쁘지는 않았지만 골목 안으로 들어와야해서 차로 들어오기는 불편합니다. 그러나 주변에 식당과 마사지샵, 편의점이 가까이 있었습니다. 수영장을 이용하기에도 편리했습니다. 각종 편의시설이 있어서 좋았습니다.

Cons:

청소를 제대로 하지 않는 것 같습니다. 쓰지 않은 면봉이 침대 밑에 떨어져 있었습니다. 타올은 너무 얇아 찢어질 듯 했습니다.

Short stay
Pros:

Stayed for 3 nights over Nyepi. Deliberately chose a hotel that had in house restaurant, swimming pool and games room. These filled our day. Everything about the hotel is great!

The location, is near the beach but a long walk because there is no direct route.

We were informed buffet would be available on nyopi day but we were not informed it was from 4-6 luckily a bar staff told us
had we come down at 7 as planned :/ also buffet was very poor food and was cold
