Verouderd hotel, vergeleken met 10 jr terug is er niet veel veranderd. In het weekend kan het druk zijn met Indonesische gezinnen uit met name Jakarta. Deze kunnen aardig rumoerig zijn, en van de te kleine ontbijtzaal weten ze een slachtveld te maken.
Mocht je in de buurt van Jln Braga willen verblijven en niet al te veel eisen hebben dan kun je er bvveendam voordelig verblijf hebben.

The executive rooms bed are due for replacement because of bowing....not suitable for sleeping. Upon checking most of the executive room bed on request for room change had also facing the same bowing problem. Room 418 key always malfunction and the customer had to go up and down to the front desk for replacement and yet the problem still persist. The room key need replacement.

The facility at this hotel is quite good, which is the pool and gym.
Breakfast is okay. Room is also okay, for an old hotel like Kedaton.

the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The worse hotel i ever stayed. I booked 3 room for 2 night on 6 jun 2017 until 8 jun 2017. Complaints are:
1. No wifi service from 6 jun until 7 jun. Hotel try repair after complaint.
2. No breakfast are served at 7 am. Suppose they should provide buffet breakfast start from 6 am to 10 am. No lay out buffet breakfast. Reason given by hotel staff, there are few customer only for that day.
3. No free shuttle to airport. The hotel included with free shuttle in the package. But when asking for free shuttle, the reception give reason that the driver not well and ask customer arrange in their own. Even thought i remind hotel reception 3 times, a day before check out. And they didn't give alternative solution for that.
4. Television in the room not functioning very well. Room key malfunction, have to insert paper to switch on the room electricity.No creamer for room tea/coffee. and sugar only 1 packet.
5. I try to manage get the manager, marketing manager, supervisor, chief of the restaurant and complaint to them directly. Unfortunately they ignore my complaint and don't want to listen to me.
6. I also manage to meet the hotel owner and complaint to him, but no respond from him because he seems like very very very rich man with personal body guard, and he don't want to listen my complaint, and walk away.
7. I strongly recommend don't stay in this hotel otherwise there is no hotel in the bandung city.

Suara dan keributan dari jalanan dan lingkungan sekitar agak mengganggu

menyenangkan dan cukup puas...fasilitas ok,
sayangnya request double bed, dapatnya 2 single bed... :(
overall...ok banget..sarapannya juga memuaskaaann...
Nuhun pisan Kedaton Hotel...

Hotel is situated in a good location. Although noisy because it's by the main road. But easily accessible to all areas, either walk or taxi easily found. Internet/Network is really really bad. Weekends are worse, when there are slightly more guests in the hotel. Hotel Staffs are great, very polite, and tried to help in any ways.

Zentrale Lage, schlechter Service. Leider hat die Buchung mit Hotels.com nicht funktioniert. Wir kamen am Abend an und dem Hotel lag keine Buchung vor. Trotz Vorlage der Buchungsbestätigung mussten wir das Hotelzimmer nochmals bezahlen. Klärung vor Ort war nicht möglich.

Kami menginap selama 2 hari dan cukup nyaman menginap karena lokasi yang strategis sehingga memudahkan menuju area-area yang menjadi landmark kota bandung.

대체로 만족한 편이었으나 밤에 외부소음이 잠을 설칠정도로 심하여 방을 바꾸어
줄것을 요청했지만 호텔의 다른 쪽은 수시로 기차가 지나가는 곳으로 소음이 심하다하여
방 교환을 포기하였음.

外観や室内がちょっと日本風の造りですが特に日本語が通じたり日本食があったりする訳ではありません。
ホテル周辺は一方通行が多く目的地へタクシーなどで移動する場合はちょっと遠回りになってしまいます。
室内のエアコンが全然効かず窓を開けたまま寝ました。

Menginap di saat KUNJUNGAN PENUH MENJELANG 17AGUSTUS, namun mendapatkan pelayanan yg cukup memuaskan, mengingat harga yg sesuai budget dan hotel tsb merupakan bng lama yg masih terawat.

OVERALL SICH ok

Senang menginap di kedaton hotel.semuanya bagus.Hanya menu makanan kurang variatif dan biasa saja.

Lumayan lah....
