Pros:

Blisko centrum, dostęp do kuchni z kawą i herbatą gratis.

Cons:

Mieliśmy pokój bez łazienki. To była łazienka publiczna - korzystali z niej turyści wybierający się na wycieczkę na zorze polarne. Tak nie powinno być. Brak komfortu.

Gemütliches Hotel
Pros:

Super Hotel/Hostel. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber es war trotzdem komfortabel und alles neu. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank und ein Waschbecken. Die Betten waren super bequem und die Bettdecken sind schön dick, so dass man auch bei arktischen Tempetaruren gut schläft.

Auf dem Gang gibt es eine Dusche und jeweils ein Damen- und ein Herren WC. Das ist ausreichend man musste nie anstehen. Außerdem ist die Einrichtung so gemütlich, dass alles einen wohnlichen Charakter hat. Man teilt sich das Bad zwar, aber es war eher wie ein gemeinsames zu Hause. Alles war immer top sauber.

Wir kamen morgens sehr früh an und hatten kaum geschlafen, wir durften direkt rein, da das Zimmer am Vortag leer war. Das war sehr, sehr lieb. So konnten wir abends ausgeschlafen auf die erste Polarlicht-Tour gehen.

Der gratis Kakako ist wirklich lecker. Die Bushaltestellen sind fußläufig.

Cons:

Der TV, der in der Kategorie im Zimmer sein soll, fehlte, aber das war für uns nicht schlimm.

Das Hotel liegt auf einem Berg. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch aber mit einem schweren Koffer bei Schnee nicht ganz leicht zu erreichen.

Great value and beautiful view
Pros:

Cozy room, warm, great view, nice shared kitchen and free hot drinks. Use of laundry was incredible and much appreciated. Location was perfect to access everything and a beautiful walk.

Cons:

Steep, icy streets surrounding hotel. Pillows were very lumpy and weak.

Og hyggelig rengjørings personell og eierrne var greie å prate med.

Cons:

Ikke noe hyggelig interiør. Forventet hyggeligere rom og kjøkkenområdet. Litt nedslående å se rett ut på søppelcontainere ut av vindu og kjeledressser i cafeen. Forstår at det er et nordlys type hotel. Men anbefaler å jobbe med interiør og hygge følelsen som er viktig for mange, en betaler ca 1900 pr. natt og da kan en forvente litt koseligere rom.

Pas grand chose finalement !

Cons:

J'ai dû réserver trop vite. On a eu la mauvaise surprise en arrivant de constater qu'il s'agissait d'une chambre avec salle de douche et toilette partagés.

Il y a un lavabo dans la chambre ... Mais il était bouché... C'était très sale.

Place de parking ?
Je réalise une fois sur place qu'il fallait réserver et que c'était payant. J'écris via booking .... Personne n'a répondu.
A priori, il m'a semblé voir que l'hôtel ne dispose que de 2 places...

Bref, une mauvaise expérience.

The room was very budget-friendly, which made it a good option for staying in Tromsø without spending too much. The shared shower and toilet facilities were decent and generally fine to use. Tromsø itself is a very small city, so grocery stores and shops were only a short walk away from the hotel, which made it easy to grab supplies and essentials during the stay. I did appreciate the coffee machine and the tea bags!

Cons:

There were a few inconveniences with the building and room layout. My room was on the top floor and the ceiling was inclined, which meant I bumped my head a few times. There are also no elevators in the building, and my room was on the fourth floor, so I had to carry my suitcases up three flights of stairs - definitely a workout. The hotel is located on a hill, and walking up from the city centre can be quite a climb. When I stayed in February there was a lot of ice on the road, which made the walk up the hill feel a bit scary in those conditions. Inside the room, it would have been helpful to have more power outlets, and tissues would have been a nice addition.
