Fabulous breakfast
Pros:

Clean room, pool and seating areas.
Staff on the whole very pleasant, helpful and attentive.

The breakfast is fabulous with everything you could want, very fresh and super coffee machine.

Over priced pool bar drinks- only bought one due to being over charged which is a shame.

Woken up during the night as staff gave new arrivals room key with access to my room- this was not dealt with effectively by management.

Super DJ.

I would return to this hotel owing to the beautiful breakfast, location and cleanliness.

Terrible and Filthy
Pros:

Never again. The hotel rooms are filthy, bed sheets had marks on them and bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. Hair dryer on the wall was hanging off with wires sticking out, very dangerous.

Upon arrival the spa man (Brad Pitt) was waiting to pounce and harass you to go to his spa, first thing he asked reception when he seen me was if I was British he then harassed us for the first two days trying to get us to go to the spa and then when he realised our no was not going to change he gave attitude and never acknowledged us the rest of the week. His niceness is only to get you in to the spa don’t be fooled.

Bar staff were nice however it’s a different price each time you go up.

There is no entertainment day or night, hotel definitely attracts a certain crowd of people and there is a fight or argument happening most nights.

Never again and would advise you all to stay clear.

Only good for sleeping in.
Pros:

I went with my parents and two sisters and my gosh it was such a bad hotel. The food is horrible, the pool is small and only has one slide which is bad for kids, there’s no entertainment, and the only redeeming qualities are the staff and rooms. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are nice for the air con, the beds are quite hard however and the covers are very thin, even though this is a hot country, i’d much prefer thick duvets. All in all if you’re staying at this hotel it’s best that you eat out most of the time because the food is stale and nasty.

Alright but had better
Pros:

The hotel it self was beautiful the rooms were nice and clean the reception man was very sweet. Air con included in the room but no WiFi in rooms.

Breakfast was grim worst I’ve ever had only ate it 2 times of being there for 11 days the French toast was hard greasy and cold like it was there for a week every time mw and my daughter at there we got upset stomachs.

The pool was nice a little small for the amount of guests used it 2 times and left

Brad Pitt constantly harassing you for a Turkish bath even when you say no he keeps asking made me uncomfortable

The type of customers that go there make you really uncomfortable. ( Pakistani) as they constantly stare at you and make you feel uncomfortable for wearing a swimsuit.

All in all I see not used the hotel to sleep and to shower I spent more time at my moms hotel then I did here

I would only go again for the room and the reception staff that made my stay worth while

Great Budget Hotel with silent close location the center
Pros:

**"Viva Club Hotel is a great choice, especially for the value you get for the price. It’s located very close to the coast but in a quiet area of Marmaris, with excellent public transport links to the center and nearby areas. There’s also a super handy, cheap shop and a nice pastry place nearby.

The rooms are nothing special but comfortable, with properly working air conditioning. Everything was cleaned regularly, which we really appreciated. The bathroom had everything we needed, so overall the stay was very good.

Breakfast was fine — we always found something we wanted, though don’t expect anything spectacular. We booked the hotel through Loveholidays, which offered really great value.

The only downside was our experience with the MHT representative (Hasan), who sold us activities (like boat trips) at nearly double the actual price, while claiming it was a 35% discount and only available on the first day. Once we reached the coast and looked around, we realized we could get the same trips much cheaper. It felt like a proper scam. He was also working with another man (nicknamed ‘Brad Pitt’), who seemed to be connected to the hotel and tried to sell overpriced Turkish bath experiences. My advice: stay away from these people and book your activities directly yourself.

In summary, Viva Club Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Marmaris, offering great value for money — just avoid the agents selling overpriced extras."**

Great holiday at club viva
Pros:

Club viva was a lovely clean hotel with hardworking staff. It was ideally located and you could catch the dolmus bus outside the hotel for 30tl. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets all in a short walking distance. There were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Although the pool is small with a slide it was more than adequate. However, be mindful that the whole pool is 1.5 meters deep expect for the small child’s pool. Air con in the room worked well. Rooms were cleaned daily.
The food and drinks at the hotel are pricey but of good quality.

Breakfast was ok but it had the same thing every day - cold meat, cheese, omelette, pancakes, bread, olives, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, fruit, cake, cereal, boiled eggs, beans, sausage, potatoes, tea, coffee, juice, water.

Mosque calling prayer - was loud but you got used to it as the time went on.

Brad Pitt was helpful and sold us a package for the whole family to enjoy the spa. It was a fantastic experience and the kids enjoyed as much as us. It was even better than we could have imagined. Great value for money. The baby was looked after by one of the women and was kept in the room as us at all times. They took photos for us on our phones with no extra charge.

Staff were very knowledgeable of excursions and places to visit.

No entertainment but this was ok due to the location so plenty to occupy yourself.

Overall, great experience at club viva and will definitely stay again.

Thank you :)

Comfortable experience
Pros:

Fantastic stay at this hotel, breakfast was full of variety, something for everyone, and restaurant area kept clean and tidy. The room was cleaned everyday, however no refills of tea but I'm sure if we asked they would have accommodated. The staff were very attentive, inpartically Edrem who helped get back forgotten shoes from a restaurant near the beach. All in all a great stay.

Excellent Hotel with helpful, friendly staff and decent food with clean rooms
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and the hotel had everything we needed.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Good size, clean rooms. We had a family suite with AC in both rooms. All rooms have a balcony with clothes rails to dry you clothes.
A good size swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds with a well stocked pool bar that also does great food from 10am to 10pm.
Breakfast was great with plenty of variety and a chef to make your eggs and pancakes on demand.
They also have a Turkish bath on site which was excellent and reasonably priced.
It's 20mins walk to the beach or you can catch the bus which stops right outside the hotel every 5 mins and costs 30TL per person and takes 5 mins to get you to the beach.
There are plenty of bars, restaurants, barbers, hair salons and 24/7 shops by the hotel, less than 1 min walk.
Speak to the staff before booking any excursions as they'll usually get you a better price.
The hotel can also arrange private airport transfers which is much cheaper than taxis.
Overall a very pleasant stay at club Viva and would highly recommend.

Disappointing Experience at Club Viva Hotel
Pros:

I stayed at Club Viva Hotel in Marmaris and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Upon arrival, the air conditioning in my room was not working, which made the stay uncomfortable in the summer heat. The Wi-Fi only works in the lobby (no working air con either ) and even there, the speed was extremely slow—practically unusable.

The reception staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming or happy to be there, which set a negative tone from the start. But the most unpleasant moment was A staff member, nicknamed “Brad Pit,” was extremely rude. My friends and I sat at his desk by mistake, not realizing it was his “work space,” and he told us to move unless we were going to book a spa treatment. The tone and attitude were completely unprofessional.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my stay. Basic amenities didn’t work, service was poor, and the atmosphere was not friendly.

Horrible experience.
Pros:

Awful hotel. For breakfast they do the same thing every single day and some foods are even rotten which is very disgusting like beans, tomatoes ect.No entertainment my kids were very bored during the evening. There was a shop in the hotel and everything was so expensive in the shop the bottles of water costed £1.60 however a shop called SOK was near it and a bottled water costed 10p. Sometimes the slide would scratch my kids and there is no lifeguard on service at the pool! Awful experience would not come back.

Club Viva July 2025
Pros:

Fantastic holiday in Turkey. Stayed at Club Viva for 10 nights with friends.
2 adults and 3 kids altogether.
We arrived early hours of the morning and were welcomed with a smile. Check in was quick, which was great as we were extremely tired.
We were shown to our room and the guy even wheeled our cases. He also showed us how the air conditioning worked and explained breakfast. Very polite young man.

On the first day at breakfast we were welcomed by Brad Pitt 😊 He runs the spa.
Read some negative reviews but from our experience he is a lovely man!
We booked the mud bath and massage with him and got a bargain. He was not pushy at all. He explained everything in detail and was very kind.
3 kids also had the experience and enjoyed every minute.
The ladies that work there are great at what they do 👍
Breakfast was nice and was something for everyone.
Every one of the young lads waiting the tables had good manners.
The pool area was great. Plenty of sunbeds and very clean.
Alex and Sergi that ran the bar were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Our rooms were cleaned regularly to a high standard.
We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again 😁😁

Amazing holiday
Pros:

My honest review of this hotel.

Stayed here with my husband and son for 2 weeks, we got there at 2am, lovely hotel as soon as you walk in. Staff on reception were friendly and very helpful.

Our room was a ground floor room, very spacious, clean & tidy. We had a mini fridge in there.
My only complaint about the room is, with it being bed and breakfast only, some sort of cooking facility would have been useful.

Cleaners come in every day & do a great job cleaning your room.

The pool is lovely & clean, they’re out cleaning it between 6&7 before it opens at 8am. It’s not a cold pool either, it’s nice and refreshing, especially in the heat!
Sun beds, plenty but can go quick if hotel is busy.

The pool bar… drinks are great, we don’t drink alcohol but there’s plenty of variety of alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages. The staff are happy to make you a non alcoholic daiquiri if that’s what you like meaning the kids can enjoy a refreshing drink without the alcohol too. Pool bar Staff… well, Sergio & Alex run an amazing team of people, all very friendly and attentive, happy to bring your food & drinks over to wherever you’re sitting! They honestly can’t do enough for you. (Ignore the negative reviews about them, they’re not rude unless you’re rude to them!)

Brad Pitt, also ignore the negative reviews about him. He’s not “pushy” he accepts no if you say no, it’s literally his job to sell the spas & massages! The mud bath spa & massage is highly recommended, I had this and it was AMAZING!

Would fully recommend this hotel & will definitely be returning!!!

Mini break
Pros:

Very poor hotel. Wouldn’t recommend. The staff are very rude and very unfriendly. The hotel had no entertainment and a lack of anything going on.

The pool side drinks were terrible watered down and very expensive. The hotel only offers breakfast, which again was terrible no variety and very basic meaning I had breakfast once out of my 5 day stay.

Would not recommend using this hotel and would not return.

10/10 Hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pros:

Me and my friend stayed at this hotel in Marmaris completely last minute — we walked in on the day and asked for a five-night stay, and the staff kindly managed to find us a room right away. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.

The room was spotless, and the housekeeping team were amazing — offering daily cleaning and really going above and beyond to keep the room in top condition. The hotel pool was also fantastic: clean, well-maintained, and with plenty of sun loungers for everyone to relax comfortably.

Breakfast was OK with lots of variety — fresh fruit, cooked breakfast, pancakes, cereal, and more. Something for everyone!

What really made our stay special was the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, helpful, and attentive. They were always happy to bring drinks over to our sunbeds and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.

Honestly, I can’t fault a single thing about this hotel. It was a perfect experience and I would 100% stay here again. Hands down one of the best places to stay in Marmaris!

Great Pool Area
Pros:

Stayed here for 11 nights an couldn’t fault this hotel. Room was basic but was just fine for what we needed. Has a great pool which has no shallow end which was fine for us but something to bear in mind if you’ve got small kids

Alex and Sergei who manage the pool and bar were great with us massive shout out to those two!

I’d recommend this hotel

Cheers

A great great experience!!!
Pros:

Hi,
I stayed in club viva for 4 nights. I arrived late at night and when I checked in Mehmet at reception was lovely! He carried my bag up to my room and told me about the breakfast in the morning.

Breakfast had a good selection. Cereals, cold meats, different breads, loads of cheese, salad items, hot food and there's a chef outside who makes omelettes and pancakes. All in all a well laid out selection.

As I was there for a short visit I had wanted to know about the Turkish spa. I was going to outsource this but then I thought why not just see what the hotel one is like.

Brad Pitt was lovely to me. I didn't feel at all pushed by him as I was having a good conversation about the treatments etc. I booked and I would have to say it was lush. Compared to what I have had in the UK that was similar this experience was value for money. I would recommend this as a first day activity cause it kinda sets you up for holiday mode. I did get asked about buying extra products during the face mask moment but I declined and Brad was grand about it. I was offered other treatments but it wasn't for me and again the staff were grand and not pushy. They were friendly and kind and we had a lovely time.

There is a mosque right beside lads and yes I was hesitant about how loud it was going to be but the calls to prayers only last about 5-8 mins and I couldn't really here from my room in 221. I did hear it when I was by the pool one day and it wasn't too bad tbh. Personally I wouldn't let that deter anyone from staying here because it's not invasive, but Turkey is a Muslim country so hearing a call to prayer anywhere should be expected.

Rooms were compact but tbh I didn't need much coz I was out and about but the air con was a life saver! You do have to pay for TV but there's news channels if you want something to listen too .

Sergio at the bar and all his co workers were lovely. They chatted to me and we're very engaging and even though I was on my own I felt safe and welcomed.

Rooms were kept cleaned and one day when I had come back they had arranged the towels in heart shape.

Pool is opened from 8am to 6pm. I did think that was very early to close but they deep in clean it over night with chlorine and id rather that be the process then have it open longer and it be manky. There is a slide going in to the pool which kids and adults got a great kick out of.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. From reading previous reviews I was apprehensive but going in and seeing it myself I can hand on heart say this is definitely worth a visit. Like others have mentioned a taxi to the beach is 400lira. You can get a bus or hire scooters too. There's plenty of bars and shops around to get other food and bits and pieces.

Thanks to all the staff for being fantastic! As mentioned being a solo female traveller in Turkey I had best experience here.
