Ariana Sustainable Luxury Lodge - Special Category - Cappadocia

The rooms were spacious and lovely occiticane toiletries. The breakfast personalised buffet spread was outstanding-our waiter was friendly and brought extra pastries for our family. The a la carte had a great choice. The hot tub was a hidden gem. The reception staff friendly.

- pigeon valley and white valley walkable
- book balloon flights on 1st day and if cancellation allowed consider booking 2nd date if staying over a weekend. Our flights were cancelled on Thursday and Friday by Turquaz due to poor weather and they had no availability on Saturday. We paid the premium rate for Saturday last minute booking (worth every penny) with the hotel as didn’t want to gamble on flight safety and experience

Very spacious cave like room. Very modern amenities. Ask for room with window view of the valley. The Turkish breakfast was excellent. Very nice but small restaurant with good wine from Cappadocia.

Breathtaking views and impeccable service made our stay unforgettable. The room was wonderfully spacious, and waking up to the sight of balloons drifting into the morning sky was pure magic. Breakfast was freshly prepared with top-quality ingredients, a delightful start to the day. Among the options in this charming town, the value here truly stands out. A stay I’d wholeheartedly recommend.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in one of the cave suites. It was luxurious, spotless and well appointed. The hotel terrace and vineyard enjoyed spectacular views over the valley as well as Uchisar Castle. There was also an option to enjoy the Jacuzzi overlooking the views though we didn't try it. The breakfast was top quality with plenty of Turkish sides as well as fresh a-la-carte options. Whilst it was in a secluded and quiet part of northern Uchisar, the roads were quite steep upon accessing and and not well lit during the night.

Special mention to the concierge Emirhan and Aycan, as well as restaurant manager Ismail who took great care of us during our stay.

The property is beautiful with a garden to pick and enjoy grapes. Great location to watch the hot air balloons in the morning.

My stay at Hôtel Ariana was truly top notch. The service was excellent — both the night shift and the day shift were perfectly coordinated, making everything smooth and stress-free. The staff is outstanding: attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. This kind of hospitality is rare compared to other hotels in the area, and it really sets Hôtel Ariana apart. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-organized stay.

This hotel has beautiful view of Cappadocia, and it was awesome to see air balloons at sunrise. We felt so private staying here. We stayed at Kamrusepa room and wished that the room has windows. Staffs at front desk and dining service were friendly. My partner had a stomach issue, and the hotel staff went to city center to get some stomach medicine. Ismail at dining restaurant provided extra care for my partner by providing chicken soup at dinner and to go eggs for breakfast. I had burrata and lamb chops for dinner. As diamond member, we had free breakfast with a lot of food. We will definitely come back here when we come to Cappadocia.

This was perhaps my top hotel experience of my life. It’s small, and they are committed to excellent customer service, which means they are friendly, personable and fast. Every time we called for something to be sent to our room, it arrived within 3 minutes. It’s built into the mountain, and the views are unforgettable. I woke up early to watch the balloons from the terrace each day, which was super special.The full Turkish breakfast was amazing, so order that with your reservation. Special shoutout to Arda, who troubleshot a room issue and resolved it to our utmost satisfaction. Also loved the hot tub experience, overlooking the sunset. Every room is different - we stayed in the Aruru room, which had the best of both worlds - part cave, but with tons of sun. A plus for me was that we could open the windows! Lastly. We had a super comfortable king -sized bed, and two a/c systems that kept our room at the exact right temperature. We hope to return!

We spent four days in Cappadocia. We hoped for a fine place which exudes quiet luxury and exclusivity, and couldn’t have asked for more from Ariana Sustainable Lodge.

The hotel felt like an oasis. Waking up in the morning to be surrounded by hundreds of hot air balloons was truly magical and felt almost within finger tip reach. Offering best view in the land.

In a land that appeared barren, the hotel garden offers a sanctuary to the mind, with its beautiful rose garden.

The staff on site were extremely friendly and accommodated to all our requests. Breakfast in the morning was also a highlight.
