Warm, fine, suitable place
Pros:

The manager Mehmet meets you in så much hospitality, like you are at his home.
The location is 5 minutes walking of everything in the city center.
The apartment is very clean and ready with all you need for good stay.
The price was good 40$ for family apartment you will not get in Marmaris.

Cons:

The pool was still closed but they said that will open in two weeks.
It gos renovation at this time April 2026, so it will be noisy at day time and much sand in corridor and Apartment.

Pros:

Nice little place good location for everything good value out of season but can't say about season time. But i would stay again

Cons:

Unfortunately there were not enough power sockets for me and a tree in front of balcony didn't really affect me this time as was out of season but think it would block sun in summer

Nice hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel. My room had a balcony and a small kitchenette. It had everything that I needed and it was very comfortable. The hotel has a pool area and a bar and a few tables were you can order food from their menu. The food was good. The staff are very nice and polite.
