Pros:

The facilities were great and it was a beautifully decorated hotel, the room was also lovely. Staff at reception were great and happy to have a chat. The hotel was also very happy to hold some parcels for me and just on the whole I had a pleasant experience.

Cons:

The breakfast could have more variety - happy for it to remain all cold bits but perhaps provide some salmon, deli meats etc to eat with the bread or different spreads like cream cheese. It was very carb heavy I found.

Great location, really friendly staff, rooms just fine.
Pros:

5th floor which gave me a view but also a direct line to William Street on a Friday night. It was noisy even with the balcony doors closed, but not a sleep disaster!

Cons:

I’d asked for help with a really early arrival after an overnight flight. The hotel had been full the night before so it wasn’t possible. I was advised simply to return at usual check in time. Maybe a bit of pith would have seen me into an early-clean room earlier. But that’s above and beyond.

Very disappointed in this hotel and would not stay here again. Not good value for money at all.

Not a lot

Cons:

There was no fridge or tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The room said it came with breakfast but the breakfast was only juice cereal and toast that was not cooked.
