All of it! Great to have shared facilities rather than individual mini bar
Free coffee and filtered water in communal dining room. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit of a random comment, but the place smelt great. 12pm checkout.
No fridge in the room, but there was ability to store items in a communal fridge.
The room was cosy and small which was just right for the Perth winter, it kept warm without us having to use any heaters. The bathroom was just right and my husband enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and watching the Northbridge nightlife go by. We really liked the cosy common areas, the big jar of lolly snakes by reception, the beautiful continental breakfast each morning and that we could play board games on Level 1 in the lounge space while it poured with rain outside. It was nice to put our phones away and spend quality time together. The bed was super comfortable, too. That was an unexpected surprise and the maid who cleaned our room did a wonderful job, even folding the toilet paper into a cute 'v' for easy use. We loved our stay and will probably come back again the next time money and time allow.
The rooms are TINY. Literally a bed and a TV. These are great rooms for sleeping in - apart from a Saturday night when Northbridge kicks right off and doesn't end until 4am. The rooftop bar was so pretty but is definitely a summer vibe because during winter when we stayed, there were no staff. If we wanted drinks, we'd have to order them from the ground floor and ferry them up to the bar which just wasn't built to cope with heavy rains, unfortunately.

Location in Northbridge is easy to find from Perth station. There are many eateries just walking down Williams street.
Breakfast is different breads variety, all locally and freshly baked. Nice vibe at the breakfast area.
Roadside parking at $6+ per hour is available mostly if willing to walk a little. I felt safe travelling alone around Perth and near Alex Hotel.
Rooms are basic but sufficient.
