Cons:

My air-conditioning unit was kind of noisy, kicking in and out and pulsing. Nothing silicone earplugs couldn't fix tho.

창문 너머로 보이는 시티뷰가 매우 좋았습니다. 침실과 샤워실 모두 엄청나게 넓었습니다. 두 명이서 다 쓰기에도 공간이 남아돈다는 인상이었습니다. 샤워젤과 샴푸 등 어메니티도 구비되어 있고 온수도 잘 나옵니다.

Cons:

방음은 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 복도에서 대화하는 소리가 방에서 잘 들렸습니다.

I had a very nice stay with clean room and comfortable bed! Nice location as well

It was very clean and and a comfortable bed. The location was good with a walking distance everywhere

Cons:

I didn’t get much info at check in about the facilities. I just got my room number and nothing else. I would appreciate some more info about everything else for example the breakfast and rooftop.

Extremely disappointing and would never recommend this Hotel

Room too small and the price paid was excessive when compared to similar accommodation.
Also a charge of $60 was levied for occupying the vacant room at 11 30am when it was expected to be occupied around 2pm - this may well be illegal and in breach of original contractual undertaking (no mention of this additional fee) . Having travelled for many years both internationally and overseas I have never seen this type of fee imposed which has all the appearance of 'price gouging'.

Hip, trendy and very inconvenient.
Pros:

Breakfast was not bad. Pastries and cereal. Location was fantastic and rooms were clean

Cons:

Room is tiny.
Didn't have an iron or ironing board in room because there was nowhere to put it. Had to get from a communal hallway cupboard.
There is no fridge either because no room for it.
The shower has a big window in it, but the blind would not close so had to shower in the dark for all 3 days (Don't get room 314). They either see you from the floors above or the floors below. See pics.
Water, coffee etc not in room as nowhere to put it. Had to go down to level one for any of that stuff.
It's like a hotel that feels like a hostel.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Schrank oder Ablagemöglichkeit im Zimmer. 3 offene Koffer am Boden für 4 Tage ist ok, passt aber nicht zum Stil. Balkon ist nur ein Austritt und kein Balkon. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, aber im Frühstücksraum kann man seine Sachen beschriften (ist alles da) und kühlen. War ok für uns.

The accomodation was nice, modern and stylish with daily room cleans and a very comfy large bed. Good coffee in the lobby to start your day. Easy access to the train station to get around Perth.

Cons:

We had a room with windows onto William street and unfortunately due to its location the noise through the night and into the morning was very loud, even with ear plugs provided we could hear live music until atleast 2am every night (we did stay over a weekend). If you’re staying in the area for the night life it would be fine but just be mindful if you want a good nights sleep staying over the weekend does get noisey

It felt genuinely homely, and I would stay again but maybe I’ll take my own wine!

Location is excellent, most staff were friendly but some were clearly stressed out! Close proximity to parking.

Cons:

The whistle of the air conditioner throughout the night! And not being able to utilise the bar due to very limited supply of wines etc. and inadequate staffing.
