Great location and quality rooms, but disappointing and misleading breakfast offering
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. The rooms were finished to a high standard and felt modern and comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and close to the main train station, which makes getting around very convenient

Cons:

The breakfast offering was very limited, with very few options to choose from. Additionally, there was information that barista-made coffee was included in the breakfast, but in reality, only coffee from a jug was available, which was disappointing

Night in the city.
Pros:

Central location, very comfortable beds and plenty of toiletries.

Cons:

Rooms quite small, no water or fridges in the rooms. Only a communal fridge for storing food stuff. Not sure how safe things are as we didn't use it. Cost of 2 barista made coffees. $11 for 2 I think that is quite expensive.

Smart city hotel with lovely hotel staff
Pros:

Location close to art gallery New South Wales and Perth institute of contemporary art . Staff are lovely. Wonderful communal living room for study and hanging out

Can be loud at night - thin walls

Good location, friendly staff, nice hotel but room let it down sadly
Pros:

Staff very friendly, nice communal areas, good central location

Cons:

Our bathroom was not very well cleaned, especially in the shower area. Room decor was pretty tired. Air con kept cutting off, even when balcony door was fully closed
