Chose it for the included parking.would have been better without a car!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. The location was somewhat central.

Cons:

Noisy and way too crowded. We had a car which was a big mistake here. The staff had a place to have it parked for a fee but then even trying to double park nearby to load luggage was challenging.

Very cute and super clean rooms and friendly personable service from the staff at all times.

We were upgraded upon check in to a larger room which also enhanced the stay.

Cons:

Breakfast items could include healthier and more vegan and vegetarian items. Breakfast area feels cramped when full, but people left quickly enough.

Natural Daylight in the room wasn't the best and would make a huge difference in the day and not having to use the lamps.

Could hear hallway noise every time someone went past, but it wasn't anything too disruptive.

Best hotel in Palermo!
Pros:

I had an amazing stay at Alma Hotel. My first impression - at check-in - was the staff. They were incredibly gracious and I felt welcome immediately. That’s a wonderful feeling when you arrive jet-lagged from a long journey.

Next, my room was fabulous! I had a beautiful living room (with Palermo photography as wall decor) and a separate bedroom area. I’ll be honest, I rarely sleep well my first night in a hotel. Especially with jet lag. I slept for almost 12 hours my first night! Likely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Regarding location - the hotel is perfectly situated. It’s centrally located and I walked to all the major sights (and more) with ease. I also booked my airport transfer with the hotel and it was seamless.

Throughout my stay, the staff was distinctly attentive - always making sure I didn’t need anything. It was truly lovely.

Lastly, the morning breakfast (included) was breathtaking. Fresh pastries, fruits, juices, and the most delicious cappuccino I had in Palermo.

I highly recommend Alma Hotel for your next stay in Palermo.

Posizione centrale, a due passi dal teatro Massimo. Pulito, stanza abbastanza capiente, letto comodo.
Colazione ottima con tutto il necessario, salata e dolce, prodotti sempre freschi di giornata e, per chi volesse, anche scelta di alimenti tipici di pasticceria e rosticceria siciliana.
Staff accogliente, a colazione personale giovane, ci si sente accolti con sorriso ed armonia ma discreto.
Acqua sempre a disposizione in frigo bar. Per la notte del 31 ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di spumante e due calici per brindare

Nulla. Essendo in zona centrale un pó di rumore, io personalmente non ne ho avuto bisogno ma sul comodino ti forniscono tappi

La ubicación muy buena, para ir caminando a cualquier punto de interés. A destacar la limpieza, siempre perfecta. El personal especialmente amable, para ayudarte con indicaciones, darte consejos para organizarte con los sitios para ver, todo.

Cons:

La calidad del desayuno es muy mejorable. El precio muy elevado para el hotel, que está bien por lo mencionado, pero muy básico.
