Staff was really nice and welcoming. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring Palermo on foot. Everything with the hotel was great, and we had a very pleasant stay.

loved the place & location. was a very nice boutique hotel
Pros:

Location was exactly what we wanted, short walk to all we wanted to see and do. very convenient. breakfast outside on patio very relaxing.

Cons:

room temperature control ac. Understanding that there wasn't any forced air ac and that it was very hot out it was sufficient. but my idea of ac is forced cool air not floor cooling, but it wasn't a game changer.
