Pros:

The hotel was good value for money. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The location was great with just a short walk into town and it was lovely to have a pool to relax by.

Cons:

Hotel Soleads is an older property. On the positive side, the cleanliness is decent, and the front desk and entire staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. However, the major downside is the bathroom setup—there isn't a single hook or peg to hang clothes. When showering, there is nowhere to place your clothing except by moving the towels, which then leaves you with nowhere to put the towels themselves. Furthermore, the room lacks basic amenities like drinking glasses. The breakfast was disappointing. The boiled eggs were ice-cold and tasted like they had been cooked days in advance. I personally cannot recommend staying here.

Pros:

We had a great week at Hotel Soleado. The whole team are amazing! So friendly , helpful and efficient. They booked day trips for us and even opened breakfast early so we could eat before our early start. Our room was very spacious with a great balcony with sunbeds and views of the sea and pool. The bathroom was large and everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel is an easy walk from the centre. I would have no hesitation staying here again and recommending to others

Pros:

Lovely helpful staff. Had a room with full sea view which was fantastic. Liked the location of the hotel, which was on a road without much traffic with easy access to the Main area. Room was very clean.

Cons:

When we first arrived I had booked a room without balcony or sea view. It was a little dark but very clean. Staff kindly helped me upgrade to a sea view which was really worth the extra money. I loved it.
