Quality Inn Hartwell

The room and front office were very clean. Due to the cost I was expecting less from the hotel, but pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay here again if the need arises.

To be honest, I've never stayed at a Quality Inn. I had to be in Hartwell for a meeting and this was the closest hotel to where I was going.

I wish I could remember the name of the receptionist that greeted me. You would have thought I was walking into the Ritz Colton. She was welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful. Before I went up to the room, she asked me if I wanted to grab a cup of coffee.

The room was pretty basic but very clean. The shower was awesome. I love the shower head and how hot the water got.

Breakfast was pretty simple but enough. Make your own waffle, cereal, packaged oatmeal, apples, apple and orange juices.

Three women past my table as I ate breakfast. I can honestly say that I have never met a friendlier staff in all of my business travel, which I do quite a bit of. I had a lovely conversation with each of them.

I went up to get my bag to leave but wanted to find the housekeeper that was going to clean my room so I could give her a tip. It turned out to be one of the ladies I spoke to earlier during breakfast. We were about the same age and she offered to help me downstairs with my stuff. I politely declined but really appreciated her kindness.

I asked for a call from the general manager so I could let him know what a wonderful staff he has. Most people take time to complain but few take a moment to say thank you for a great staff. I look forward to hearing from him.

It could have been worse. But it could definitely have been wayyyy better. At first sight the floors have been updated. At first smell there was enough air freshener going to choke a horse. Turns out that way to cover the smell of all the mold and mildew in the bathroom. The light fixture was gone and the door wouldn't close. It was a fight to get the water in the shower on. The paint was chipped. The ceiling badly patched. And the bedding had bleach stains. And the mattress was lumpy. This place used to be nice. But now it needs a total overhaul. It's not the first time I've stayed here. But it will be the last.

Great clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

The lobby was closed due to COVID, and I had to wait about 20 minutes outside in the cold to get checked in which wasn’t exactly pleasant. Other than that this stay was fabulous.

Check in took forever!! The room obviously had been smoked in even though it said non smoking. Honestly disgusting. I would have changed rooms but figured it would take forever again

Very good service and excellent staff

Always clean and the staff is always there to help if you need anything. Where we always stay when we go to S.C to Wendells. Plus hotel has plenty of restaurants near by and shopping but the mall in S.C is less than 30 min away as well.

I stay for a couple of nights every year while visiting friends and I am always amazed at the service. Its a clean, quiet budget motel but the service is what blows me away every time. You will feel like you are with family when you stay here. Im a grumpy old man and I complain alot but Im telling you that you wont regret staying here. I travel alot and stay in a varity of hotels from 4 star to 2 star and this is the only place that has ever called me within 10 min of entering my room to make sure everything was okay. Last year I rode in on my Harley and was greated with a cold bottle of water. The man at the front desk saw that I was hot, thirsty and gave me one of his waters from his own personal refrigerator. When in that area, I will never stay anywhere else and its because of the service.

Clean roomy rooms. The manager even checked to make sure we were pleased about the room shortly after our arrival. We were thouroughly impressed. And pleased.

Work hotel. Ok

Stayed here for work. Only in room to sleep and return to job site. It was fine.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Overall good experience. I would stay here again.

Sara, the hostess was excellent. She was courteous, knowledgeable. and helpful. Sara called the room to make sure everything was OK and the next morning gave directions to eating places. An excellent representative of you organization.

Upon arrival my reservations were messed up and the clerk seemed like i was a bothef to him but he did hold room til got it straightened out.I wish i would have looked and seen That pool was covered main
reason stayed at hotel.Called hotel next door and pool was open.Other than that the house keeping was awesoom she got everything i asked foe she was great and made the stau pleasent.Id stay thers again only if the pool os open.

I don’t really have anything bad to say about my stay! It was not only very clean, but also, the staff is very professional and friendly. Beautiful ranch home look. 10/10

Staff is amazing. Rooms are always clean and the area is pretty fun.. We stay here when we go to Wendells dipping ranch
