Great experience
Pros:

Very kind staff, everyone willing to help. Very clean, warm, comfortable room for a whole family to stay. Nice breakfast, could have more variety and maybe some local products. It was always delicious, everything was fresh. Next to the city center, close to supermarkets and restaurants. I would stay again in Kantar and I will definitely recommend it to my friends who want to visit Yerevan

Pros:

Очень чисто, уютно, комфортно. Действительно чисто, а не только в центре комнаты. Приятные люди во всем отеле - персонал, путешествнники, странники, пары, одиночки со всех стран мира. Это приспособленное помещение, но комнаты просторные. Вид в основном на улицу, но бывает не всегда красивый, в какие-то стройки. Апартаменты впечатляют размерами - 130 м, количеством уборных, мебелью - лет 20 назад это было вообще вау. Без брони, за день-два до заезда цена почти в 2 раза меньше - если будут свободные номера. На завтраке атмосферно, вкусно, людно, но не шумно, плотно, но не тесно. Хочется вернуться. Только бы не задирали ценник, но это уже есть, приходится искать другие варианты. Столовая в этом же здании, народу много, скорее всего вкусно и недорого - судя по количеству посетителей. Золотой рынок напротив.

Не знаю, что и придумать.

Pros:

Самый центр города. Большой номер, есть сейф и мини-холодильник. Отзывчивый персонал. Вкусный кофе из кофемашины на завтрак.

Cons:

У меня была комната N 36 на 9-м этаже. Окна выходили на кондиционеры соседнего офисного здания. Было шумновато. Ну такое характерное гудение даже с закрытыми окнами. Прямо напротив окон стоял башенный кран. Хорошо, что стройка почему-то не работала. В общем, запасайтесь берушами.
Завтраки слабые: каши и сосисок нет. Яичницу глазунью жарят не очень вкусно. Омлет тоже так себе. Разнообразия на завтрак нет. Но голодным не уходил после завтрака.

Pros:

Parlare del Kantar Hotel , si può definire fantastico soltanto parlando dello staff, sempre disponibili, gentilissimi in qualunque ora della giornata. La colazione abbondante e varia, puoi chiedere qualunque cosa i cuochi si fanno in due per soddisfare la richiesta, che dire altro? Certo ci sono delle imperfezioni ( fatti già presenti allo staff) che dire è già la seconda volta che ritorno al Kantar è spero di ritornarci presto.

Mediocre at best, only stay there as a last resort.
Pros:

It was reasonably close to many shops. Around 7-8 minutes walk from the Republic Square. The price is okay but you can find similarly priced options elsewhere.

Cons:

We asked for a double bed beforehand and we received two single beds. Additionally the breakfast was mediocre, very basic without many options. It is not stated that this hotel also works as a hostel.

Also the security guard that was sitting in the reception was driving away stray dogs that were outside the hotel that were very friendly and he tried to kick one.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff. Everyone was helpful. Family atmosphere. The best part is you can tell all the staff got along well with each others. They all worked well together.
