Pros:

Очень радушные люди, которые пытаются помочь и переживают за каждого гостя. Ради таких людей хочется возвращаться! Расположение идеально: самый центр, парки вокруг, много магазинов и ресторанов.

Αξιοπρεπές, πολύ καθαρό και ασφαλές κατάλυμα

Μεγάλο διαμέρισμα του ενός υπνοδωματίου το 44, πολύ κεντρική περιοχή, πολύ ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό

Cons:

Δεν εντυπωσιάζουν η είσοδος και οι άλλοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, ουσιαστικά η ρεσεψιόν και η αίθουσα πρωινού και ανάπαυσης. Απλά δεν πρόσεξα ότι, όταν έκανα την κράτηση, είναι τριών αστέρων και ότι έχει και ενσωματωμένο hostel. Παρόλα αυτά είναι ένα αξιοπρεπές, πολύ καθαρό και ασφαλές κατάλυμα.

Good value for money!
Pros:

We has two bedrooms apartment. It was very stylish! Rooms were spacious! Bathrooms as well. It was in a crowded area but the sound proofing was perfect!
The hotel is old and not very well maintained but for a downtown hotel was good. The breakfast was also good.

Cons:

The common area and reception needs a touch up ! It would be nice to have some coffee or tea in the apartment.

Good place, but service could be improved a lot.
Pros:

Good location, great bed, great breakfast

Cons:

Due to limitations by the city there was oftentimes no running water at night. This wasn’t announced anywhere. I was surprised every night. Instead of giving a refund or something, the staff just blamed it on the city.

Милое место в центре Еревана
Pros:

Великолепное местоположение, буквально в 5 минутах ходьбы от пл. Республики.
Очень отзывчивый, добродушный персонал
В номере чисто, убираются регулярно

Cons:

Однообразный шведский на завтрак, за 8тдней очень надоел. Мало место в зале для завтрака, там же находится зотско и люди оттуда приходят тоже.
Непродуманная эргономика номера. У нас была студия с кухней, но при этом не было нормального стола и всего один стул, приходилось есть на кровате. Кстати, о кровате, она была круглая и оказалось, что это очень неудобно)

Немного уставший номер, хорошо что туалет был в номере, а не общий. Так как некоторые номера в этом отеле именно такие.

Personnel chaleureux et logement très bien situé

L'accueil, réactivité du personnel, la vue, la propreté, spacieux, petit déjeuner, climatisation dans chaque chambres

Cons:

Le canapé lit pas confortable et le manque d'équipements pour 4 (3 chaises, ustensiles cuisine)

Lovely hotel in the very heart of Yerevan, close to Republic Square. Comfy room with all equipment, lovely helpful staff, very nice breakfast, tea available the whole day...everything a traveller needs. Recommended, would come again...by far our best accommodation during our Armenia trip.

Cons:

Weaker wifi (might be a general problem in Armenia, not the hotels fault).
