Очень понравилось расположение, рядом очень много достопримечательностей в пешей доступности. Сам номер чистый, довольно уютный. Персонал очень приветливый, помогают решить любые вопросы. На завтрак- шведский стол, с большим разнообразным меню.
The staff were very friendly. The hotel is in good location with walking distance to Republic Square, dancing fountain and Vernissage Market. Breakfast was tasy and with good food variety. Thanks !

- Lack of mosquito nets: The room did not have mosquito nets, though this was only a minor inconvenience and resulted in seeing just a few harmless flies.
- Soft mattress: The mattress firmness was on the softer side, which may not appeal to those who prefer a firmer bed.
Stanza gigantesca (in realtà un appartamento) al 10 piano molto pulita, il personale molto disponibile, reattivo e gentile, un ragazzo addirittura parla italiano quindi è come essere a casa. La reception è al 7 piano, il trasferimento all'aeroporto con autista privato costa 7000 ed è un servizio ottimo con un'auto ottima, se volete risparmiare, con gg costa 2500/3000, con i mezzi ancora meno. Posizione a 2 passi da Piazza della Repubblica mi è piaciuta molto.
Ho pagato 100 euro a notte che è tanto per l'Armenia ma per Yerevan, vista la posizione alla fine è un prezzo in linea. Gli spazi comuni (ingresso, reception e sala colazioni) non sono molto belli, penso che facciano anche ostello, la colazione è servita in un'area che si addice appunto più ad un'ostello che ad un hotel di livello, da mangiare c'è comunque tutto, ma vi dovete sparecchiare da soli. Personale di sala senza la parvenza di un sorriso come in quasi tutto il Paese.
Excellent hotel, located in the very center of Yerevan. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfasts. Good Wi-Fi. The price matches the services provided and their quality. Air conditioning in every room.
The kitchen was missing dishes. Only one of three air conditioners was working properly. The blinds could use a wash.
Люблю этот отель, домашняя обстановка , ооооочень вкусные завтраки!!! Не могу сказать что отель 5 звезд , но это и не говорилось. Но общение, прием и все очень вкусно и радушно.

Great location in the city centre!
The location was great, and the breakfast was very good, with everything freshly cooked on the spot. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a small fridge and a lovely little balcony. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
The shower hose was damaged and leaking water, which resulted in very low water pressure from the shower head. The shower drain was also extremely slow, so water would quickly build up while showering. Both issues made the shower quite inconvenient to use.
Very clean, great location. Stuff was very helpful.
