Very clean rooms were perfect staff are very helpful and friendly
The property was very homily and very clean
Location was great - we were competing at the winter gardens and with on site parking it was ideal, less then 10 mins walk from the winter gardens and the parking was cheaper then most car parks in the area.
Room was great, very glad we upgraded to a bigger room as a king size bed was much needed after a day of competing, room was comfortable, no issues with amenities either. Staff were incredible, and breakfast was great the next day.
Room could have been cleaner, there was definitely dust and hair on the edges of the carpet and the building did smell like there had been a leak in the roof at some point, but for the price it was still excellent for us. No issues with bathroom cleanliness or the bedroom furniture at all.

Tash and Jay were super friendly, warm and welcoming - responded quickly and kindly to messages. The breakfast was really thoughtful - they made me a full slap up veggie english breakfast that kept me full for days, with real butter too. The room + bathroom were impeccably clean, comfy and warm

Everything,. Tash and Jay are so friendly. Very welcoming and easy to approach., room was lovely and clean. Im a very picky eater and vreakfast was cooked to exact requirements and was lush. Would 100% rexommend and will definatwly be returning in the future.
