Pros:

Perfect seaside break
Pros:

Really enjoyable stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The hotel was spotless and is perfectly located.
Tash and Jay are lovely hosts, really kind and welcoming.
Great breakfast too

Location was good
Price was good especially if only got a certain budget

Deco tidy furniture ok carpets ok
Could comment on breakfast didnt eat at b&b
It did ok for 2 night would not stay longer

Cons:

Its not we didnt like but improvements need doing due to Shower not efficient either freezing cold or scorching hot
Toilet not flushing well
Taps old rusty dripping
Needed deep clean room musty
Mattress was clean but not good springs gone on one side
windows and sills dirty in need of a clean
Stairs needed good hoover outside needs full tidy up made it a very bad first impression
Probably would not go again to this B&B
Understand difficulty of cost of up keep especially as Blackpool lost so much trade

Perfect hosts would definitely come back!
Pros:

The staff are amazing here! Nothing was too much trouble ever! I don't think I've ever been anywhere and instantly felt welcome! The room was a great size - perfect for what we needed!

Cons:

The room did feel a little tired - the broken floorboard for example. However the owners did say they were planning to do this up and it was by no means bad.

Excellent value for money but we’d would have rather paid more per night for a nicer room.
Pros:

The owners were super nice and put themselves out for us

Cons:

The bedroom was really small with a 4ft 6 bed and a tiny shower cubicle.
We understand there are cost constraints but the whole place needs an upgrade.

Friendly Hosts.
Pros:

The hosts are very friendly. The position was good, and the breakfast was brilliant. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is some carparking available at £8 per day, which was really good. We parked there and didn't use the car until the day we left as the town and sea-front were just a short walk away, and if we wanted to go further afield, we used the bus (this was free with our bus passes) and also the trams.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that we were disappointed with.
