Pros:

駅から徒歩圏内なのは嬉しい。コンビニも近くにあり隣はカラオケ店。
ただ部屋はオートロックではなく風呂もカビや汚れが目につく。テレビはアナログ放送を変換したものなので画質が悪い。
ただ泊まるだけならまだいいが、ホテルの質を気になる人にはお勧めしない。

옛 정취가 물씬 풍기는.
Pros:

시설들이 오래되긴 했지만 낡았다는 느낌보단 나름 멋이 있구나 싶었던. 역에서 찾기 쉬웠고 가성비도 나쁘지 않았네요.

設備仕様が古いなあ。
Pros:

飲み物が無料だったはよかった。インターネットは無料だがWifiは無し。速度も遅く、途中から繋がらなくなった。バスタブは深いのだが、湯の流量が弱く
なかなかたまらない。テレビのリモコンの感度が悪い。部屋は全体的に綺麗で快適でした。

飲み屋街に至便
Pros:

徳山駅近くにはバー･スナック・ラウンジがありません。
駅から１０分ほど歩いたホテル周辺には街の規模の割には多くの店があり、接待等の使用に向いていると思います。
