Construction was going on so sometimes made getting to and from room difficult with bags and children
Extremely difficult to locate. Rooms were being renovated. Bed and bathroom clean - everything else was not. Hallway and room not furnished, decorated or finished. SHOULD NOT PAY FULL PRICE FOR UNFINISHED ROOM.

they didnt clean the room daily. never left toilet paper. the sheets and comforter was dirty when we checked in

We had a suite but there wasn't a comfortable place to sit. The whole building was under construction and the web site didn't mention that. the room was in pretty rough shape.
The breakfast was perfect and had a variety of items to choose from.
The bathtub/shower did not have a bathmat or a non-slip tub. Had to hold onto the bar to keep from falling in a wet tub. The stopper in sink did not have a handle on top, finally found one under the sink. When the last towel was pulled from holder, a pair of men's boxer shorts fell out, like it wasn't checked before putting in clean towels. There was a burn hole in the curtain lining, even though room was non smoking

Breakfast hours need to be increased to 10:30, people are on vacation and don't want to get out of bed so early.
The breakfast was good but no variety as far as the hot part of the meal was concerned. We got scrambled eggs and sausage both days. No bacon no potatoes
We ended up on the top floor and it was still under construction. The room looked like a poor relative stashed me in his basement. The carpet was old and filthy. My grandson slept on the pull out couch. He wanted to sleep on the couch but it was way filthy. Very stained! Once we pulled out the couch the mattress was 1/2 "thin and there was a cover on it that made noise every time he moved. We had trash under both beds my grandkids found. No art on the wall, didn't feel like home away from home!!! Overall I felt very uncomfortable!

Location
Dirty hotel. Understandably under construction but do not put guests into rooms that are still in construction phase. Price for a room should have been discounted but instead was double what we had paid at same hotel 2 years ago.
