Not a good experience
Cons:

The very first night I was up all night until about 4am with this man beating his wife in the parking lot right outside my window. I ended up calling the police on him and since she didn’t want to press any charges, the police let him go. Turns out, the guy is working construction at the motel and was staying in the room across from me. I felt very uncomfortable my entire stay. I think it’s kind of crazy that he didn’t get fired or at least be told he couldn’t stay at the motel.
Also, very uncomfortable beds and pillows and very humid room. It felt gross.

Wouldn't stay again
Pros:

Comfortable beds. Nice staff.

Cons:

The curtains were disgusting. They literally had BLOOD on them. Dirty tissues on the floor of our room upon our arrival. Many dirty/stained towels in our room. The remote control didn't work and nobody fixed it during our stay. The pool was out of service for awhile due to chemical imbalance.

Pros:

Very quiet and the pool was empty when we used it.

Cons:

The minor issues we had were adequately taken care of by management so there is no reason to list them.

Beds are super comfortable. Place is well maintained and clean. Staff is extremely attentive and efficient in in whatever their duties are.

Fabulous time in West Omaha
Pros:

Absolutely amazing staff! When there was an issue they were quick to get someone on top of it even if they were unable to fix it they kept me up to date on what was going on and why. The marketplace near the front desk was always stocked and priced appropriately.

Cons:

There was not a single thing about my stay that I did not like.
