Attentive staff, great breakfast, and most of all, a CLEAN room!
Pros:

The staff friendliness was excellent, everyone we encountered smiled and said hello. The breakfast was great. To us it is very important to have eggs that are plain and not seasoned or have cheese in it. That way each person can dress the eggs as they choose. Two types of sausage is a nice bonus. Lastly, the water pressure in the shower is a wonderful perk to have! ALL other hotels we have stayed at in the last two years, have terrible water pressure(Hilton brands and IHG brands).

Cons:

Adding bacon to the breakfast meat choices would top off the free breakfast. A fenced in dog run is important to my family and would be a welcome sight. The disposal in the kitchenette sink was stinky. It needs to be cleaned or replaced.

I was in town to celebrate my aunts 85th Birthday. Monica and team made sure we had a great visit !!
Pros:

I loved the fact that the property was very well maintained. The images on the internet don't do it any justice. prepare to be in awe. I loved the fact that Monica was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

Cons:

I really couldn't pinpoint anything I didn't like. Again the staff was very friendly, courteous, and professional and willing to assist. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Very modern.

Pros:

Exceptionally clean. The breakfast was much better than the normal continental breakfast and included waffles, scrambled eggs, kolaches, sausage, hash browns, sausage gravy, biscuits, oatmeal, and more plus the basic cold items and breads. The room was very clean. Had a full fridge and two burners on the stove for cooking. Hot tub had NO FOAM when turned on which is rare at most hotels. Means it was clean! Pool was clean as well. Staff all very friendly and accommodating. Quiet location with nothing around but some military building across the road… not sure what it is. Location is also easy to get to- but navigation never recognized the entrance road and put it a quarter of a mile down the road. But I could easily see it with my eyes and turned into the right place. It also has a grill outside and seating area by the pool. Out front are a few nice sitting spots in the shade. They have complimentary cookies at the front desk and fruits and coffee and hot water available at any time it seems. There are also plenty of seats with plugs downstairs for computer work. We stayed in room 310.

Cons:

There was really nothing I didn’t like about the property. I would for sure stay here again. My only issue was with booking - and it was booking.coms fault not the hotels. I had a double room and had to change my dates- and booking secured my new date but gave me what was available and it wasn’t a double room. So when I showed up- the hotel tried to accommodate me but all the double rooms were booked. They said always call and double check with the hotel because sometimes third parties will give what’s available when you change things. Now I know.
