Great Location-Quite
Pros:

Location was perfect, not in busy part town or near Interstate. It sat up on hill by self., very quite. Check in was perfect and room was clean and comfortable. Lobby is very big with excellent hot breakfast. We chose this hotel as it wasn't too far from old downtown Lufkin to see a show at the Pines Theater. Downtown is very nice, artsy and great Italian restaurant- Napolis. Hidden away in the basement of a building, elevator to restaurant. Very nice, Italian soft music, atmosphere is perfect. Very friendly staff.

Pros:

First things first, the hotel is exceptional! The atmosphere, amenities, quality, and above all… staff. I got lost on my way from dinner to the hotel because my maps app would not load so I called the hotel to see if they could help me. The very amazing Jessy answered the phone and walked me through every turn. She stayed on the phone until I arrived and was so sweet even when I made wrong turns and she had to try and figure out where I was on the map. When I arrived she had the biggest smile and I couldn’t have had better care from her. Because I was a choice member I got a little goodie bag from her and she thanked me for being a member! I have never had a hotel do that before and it made me feel so welcomed. Furthermore, kudos to Management for training the staff so well, there is no doubt that I will stay here again if I am ever in the Lufkin area!
