Very nice hotel with stunning views. The room was large, and the staff were lovely.

An absolutely beautiful and breathtaking place to stay. We are a family of four, 2 parents and 2 adult kids and everyone was mind blown with how beautiful this accomodation was. Photos do not do this place justice. The view of the bay, pearl farm and the Gili islands was spectacular. Our host Kipli was incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and a sunset swim in the infinity pool overlooking the bay and Gili islands is a memory we will always treasure.

The hotel on the whole is nice and the care taking crew are v hospitable. However I must mentioned that when I booked the hotel, there was a clause on airport transfer service at a cost of IDR450000. When I wanted to book, I was told the cost was IDR1000000. Also there was a Fine Print on the hotel website that stated that if you stay there for 3 nights, there would be a free return speedboat transfer to the Gilis. But when I was there, the hotel crew checked with his off site manager who told him that it’s no longer applicable. What a dampener & disappointment. Would it be SO difficult for you to take down from the web anything that NO longer applies. It kinda spoilt the image of the hotel too!

A bit off track - but what is not in Lombok - we went after a rough 2 days trekking and the luxury of the swimming pool, sun rise from our balcony and super nice staff was a relieve. Be careful to come hungry the food portions are huge including the breakfast!

Notre séjour au Princess Mentigi a été excellent. Les chambres sont grandes, avec un certain charme, l'endroit a une vue fabuleuse sur les îles Gili, mais surtout l'accueil par Joe, notre hôte, a été excellent. Il nous a organisé toutes les excursions, notamment grâce au speed boat de l'hôtel qui permet de rejoindre aux horaires que vous souhaitez les îles Gili. Le point faible s'il fallait en trouver un, resterait certains plats au niveau du restaurant, qui mériteraient d'être plus relevés. Très bon souvenir pour ces 4 nuits.

Wunderschöne Aussicht. Topmoderne Zimmer für Indonesische Verhältnisse. Joe der Gastgeber kümmert sich rührend um seine Gäste. Liegt ein bisschen abgelegen, man bekommt aber alles im Hotel was man braucht.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Badezimmer schön gross. Im Familienzimmer hat man seeehr viel Platz.

素晴らしいリゾートホテルです。施設やスタッフのサービスは100点満点。絶景インフィニティプールに癒されます。部屋も清潔感があります。シャワー、液晶テレビ、エアコン、冷蔵庫などの設備もあります。ホテル内の食べ物や飲み物もとても美味しい。不便なことは全くないです。管理人のご夫婦が非常に親切に接していただきました。ホテルの周辺は何もないので買い物や観光ができる場所ではないがプライバシーのある静かで落ち着いた滞在を楽しめます。また行きたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Flot og lækkert hotel. Personalet var konstant opmærksomme på vores behov som gæster og de var klar til at gøre en ekstra indsats for at sikre vores oplevelse blev god.
Værelser, pool og den inkluderede morgenmad var som beskrevet og godt.
Restauranten var god og priserne rimelige, dog med mærkning af at man er et stykke fra lokale indkøbsmuligheder.
Vi købte alle fire en fisketur igennem hotellet, men var muligvis ikke gode nok til at få afstemt forventningerne.
Vi fik tre stænger til fire mænd, hvor af den ene gik i stykker under turen. Ligeledes var kvaliteten af turen ikke hvad vi havde forventet. Tilgengæld er mit indtryk at den var billig.

Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel avec une vue incroyable. Personnel absolument aux petits soins pour nous. Diner sur la terrasse avec le coucher de soleil et les îles Gili en face. Chambre très confortable. Je recommande vivement et j'y retournerai sûrement. J'ai hâte
