Very good for a price you pay
Pros:

Rooms good size, good breakfast, friendly staff

Cons:

The aircon wasn’t cooling enough, but they manage to fix it efficiently.
The electronic door keys didn’t work, I have to use the manual keys.

Really good
Pros:

I really love the atmosphere there. The staff is always super friendly and they are very positive.
The location of Almena is really good - a short walk from the center, Blue Port is right next to it and busses from and to the city and Icmeler go every 5 minutes. Really good.

Cons:

It was our second year there and the breakfast selection hasn't changed at all.

Excellent Couples hotel
Pros:

The room has a good size fridge, toiletries, slippers and is very clean. Room service is there daily.
Staff in hotel and bar are so attentive and cater for anything.
I'd say this hotel is quiet and not that great for children but it's central to everything and next to beach.

Cons:

Pool area is small

Excellent hotel and bar
Pros:

This hotel was excellent for couples or friends to go and relax. Near beach and central to all other bars and restaurants. staff are very helpful.
The bar staff are outstanding and very attentive
Food in bar is gorgeous
I will return again

Okay.
1. All Staff, from cocker to receptionist - amazing, friendly, ready to help.
2. Wifi - It’s perfect. Sometimes it’s disconnect, but it’s okay.
3. Place - Supermarket, Shopping centre, Pharmacy, beach, everything is on 2-3 min.
4. Breakfast- Fresh vegetables, best watermelon you ever tried, Tea, and more.
5. Room - nice. Yes, it’s not a new 5 star room. But air conditioner work, fridge, TV, Deposit box, Soap, shampoo, clean towels and bed sheets.
6. Pool - clean and refreshment.

Cons:

Noise. It’s not about this hotel, its not their problem. All Marmaris is noisy. Every hotel that on the road side.

Близкое расположение к морю, но комфорт и персонал сильно хромает
Pros:

Отель находится очень близко к морю — идти примерно 2-3 минуты спокойным шагом. На общественном пляже есть кафе, бесплатные шезлонги. Вокруг отеля есть разные кафе, магазины и небольшой торговый центр с магазином Migros. В отеле чистый бассейн. Очень красивый интервью в лобби

Cons:

Номера очень старые, они явно требуют срочного обновления. Мебель выглядит ужасно (везде потёртости). Стены в номере тоже грязные. Ванная комната очень маленькая, в душевой кабине плесень. Очень неудобная раковина — при умывании ударяешься головой об полку. Завтраки каждый день одни и те же: овощи, сыры, джемы, хлеб, сырные булочки, хлопья, сосиски, омлет, чай, кофе, соки, вода. Есть одно и то же постоянно, надоедает…

Когда мы только заехали в номер, у нас поставили одну большую кровать и одну маленькую. Хотя большая должна была быть одна king size, но она не соответствует размерам. На следующий день мы возвращаемся в номер, а там уже все выглядит по-другому: нет маленькой кровати, мебель поменяли местами. При этом наши вещи лежат не на своем месте, одежду всю кинули в чемоданы. Было очень неприятно. На ресепшене просто извинись и всё…

Overall this hotel is OK but I wouldn't stay here again because of issues with room lock.
Pros:

This hotel's strong side is location which is right by the beach which is very convenient. The staff was nice. Breakfast OK

Cons:

I had a problem with my room door lock, it's electronics was malfunctioning and so it would take multiple attempts each time to open and then lock the door. I communicated this to reception but nothing was done about it. It wasn't fixed during my stay. I was given a free access to room safebox which I used.

Terrible room in almena city hotel
Pros:

When we arrived at the hotel there was a pb with our booking and the manager relocated us to almena city in a supposed larger room with seaview...nive..but we feel we paid far too much for a horrible room. Check you don t get those on the fifth floor, they are shabby and quite run down...broken shower head, walls in a disgraceful state, no air con in one room so our teens took their (uncomfortable) mattresses in the living room and slept on the floor, broken window, no curtains, general bad state...only good things are the pool, the ok breakfast and staff is nice...but please don't have clients stay in these kinds of rooms for 95 euros a night, it s a disgrace! And WiFi doesn't work...
