Please note that parking is upon availability as parking spaces are limited.

Bed linen are changed once a week, towels are changed twice a week. Daily cleaning of the apartments is available at an extra cost.

Please note that air conditioning in the apartments is included in the price and is guaranteed from June 15th to September 15th. In the other periods it is activated at the discretion of the management based on the climatic conditions of the period.

AC cuts off at night (on purpose)
Pros:

Clean rooms, nice staff, close to the beach.

Cons:

The air conditioning turns off centrally at night between 22:00-10:00, and there's no way to change that according to staff. This made it extremely difficult for us to sleep, and we woke up overheated multiple times per night. This was in June, for reference. The beds are also hard and the kitchen knife was too dull to use.

Für ein Widersehen leider zu modrig

Alles ist schon etwas älter. In der Küche waren weder Salz- noch Pfefferstreuer, noch ein Geschirrtuch. Extrem modriger, unangenehmer Geruch beim Öffnen jedes Küchenkastls.

Das Zimmer wurde in den 4 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt, Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt

Skvělá lokalita na krásném místě kousek od rezervace a hezkých pláží, v dochozí vzdálenosti obchod a restaurace. Majitelé velmi milý a vstřícní. Parkování přímo před hotelem, v hotelu k dispozici občerstvení a káva.

Struttura molto accogliente con staff cortese e solare!
Posizione ottimale dove a piedi puoi raggiungere tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno.
Camera ampia, pulita e con quel balconcino che affaccia sulla pineta è veramente un angolo di paradiso.
Si sente il vento proveniente dal mare e gli uccellini cantare..veramente tutto perfetto!

La stanza: molto pulita, con arredi recenti e di qualità, si percepisce che viene fatta molta attenzione alla manutenzione.

Breakfast was a frustrating experience. Instead of a buffet or self-service arrangement, we had to repeatedly ask at the bar for every piece of bread, slice of cheese, or other item. The owner closely controlled food distribution, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere and resulted in long queues every morning. Traveling with hungry children made this especially challenging, as breakfast became a daily ordeal rather than an enjoyable start to the day. Additionally, the property’s dog-friendly policy was not clearly communicated or advertised in advance, which may be important information for guests when making a booking decision.

Tutto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Posizione molto comoda, dietro una bellissima pineta, a dieci minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Appartamento ben organizzato. Bar della struttura con prodotti locali ottimi. Personale gentilissimo anche con la nostra piccola di sei mesi. Consigliato!

Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig.Gute Erholung

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal .Gute ruhige Lage.Nicht weit vom schönen Sandstrand mit Strandbar entfernt. Hunde sind sehr willkommen.

Cons:

Leider kein Deutschsprachiges Fernsehen Programm, auch kein Schweizer Programm.Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und die Dusche sehr klein.

Das Frühstück war sehr unkompliziert, lokal und regionale Ware. Persönlich zubereitet. Sehr gute heiße Schokolade. Alles, was man für ein kleines Frühstück braucht.
Man fühlt sich sehr wohl dort, weil das Personal sehr freundlich ist. Sehr zuvorkommend. Immer ein Lächeln und freundliche Worte auf den Lippen.

la camera ampia con una bella cucina e un bel terrazzino fornito di stenditoio ,il MarreBlù è posizionato in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi da tutto, colazione ottima come il caffè ,la cortesia e simpatia veramente genuina di tutto lo staff ci ha veramente conquistate , ci hanno anche dato informazioni sull'area circostante a Principina a mare rendendoci così anche le giornate lontano dalla spiaggia molto piacevoli e se volete mangiare bene basta chiedere alla reception e ti diranno quali sono i migliori ristoranti della zona
