A convient stay for a short trip!
Pros:

The front receptionist was accommodating! I also enjoyed the staff members warm welcome.

Cons:

The overall hotel was nice but the cleanliness wasn't there. There was leftover candy in the elevator and particles of hair on the common floors in the bathroom. I felt the bathroom in the room wasn't clean as it should be.

Cons:

I think it is a bit overpriced for an off-season stay. I felt like I was paying a higher rate since it was relatively empty. I understand during peak athletic seasons for the college, prices being competitive.

I will be staying here a lot more
Pros:

The rooms were nice. It was close enough to everything to get whatever you needed in a timely manner.

Cons:

I paid for the breakfast included package and knew nothing about it the whole time I was there

Our rooms were excellently cleaned! The staff was amazing and we ended up getting in earlier than expected so I called to see
Could we come on and check in and they allowed us to!!! All the cleaning staff were amazing and front desk staff things our 3rd time using this facility and anytime we are in town we will always stay with the courtyard!!!!!

Pros:

My daughter and I stayed at the Starkville Courtyard Marriott for a long college tour weekend. We were greeted with a clear MSU bag for the football game with waters, bookstore coupons, and treats. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating and the hotel was beautiful and clean! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when in Starkville!

Hiccups with construction but great location and very clean

The location to MSU is perfect

Cons:

I didnt know about the construction or the elevator situation until late morning since I booked on another site. I checked the hotel website and I didnt see elevators were down. I had to take the stairs. And then my locked tripped and had to call for maintenance. It was a simple fix but it was uncomfortable having my door not shutting briefly, especially since I had two teen girls with me. I will stay again but only after construction is done.
