هذه ثالث إقامة لي في الفندق من 2017 و حتى الان محافظ على نفس المستوى الممتاز ، أعجبني بالطبع :
- موقعه ممتاز من فنادق جبل عمر الأمامية المنطقه اهدى و افضل من فنادق الوقف
- نظافة الغرفة
- الإفطار ممتاز
- سرعة إنهاء إجراءات الدخول والخروج
- رجل الامن يستقبلك ويودعك بالترحيب والدعاء والكلام الطيب الله يجزاه خير

الجناح واسع ومطل على الكعبة
بوفيه الإفطار رائع ومتنوع وهو الأفضل بالنسبة لفنادق مكة بعد الرافلز .

Cons:

رائحة الموكيت كانت سيئة في حال إطفاء التكييف.
المخدات غير مريحة.
طلبنا مشاوي ولم نأكلها إطلاقًا ، ناشفة جدًا ونوع اللحوم غير جيد وطريقة شيّها سيئه.
صالة الأعمال لو يهتمون بتغيير ديكورها وأثاثها لإضافة البهجة لأنها مكتومة جدًا ، أو يتم تغيير مكانها بحيث تكون بنوافذ ويدخلها الضوء .

Very elegant stay next to the Haram
Pros:

Good quality hotel next to the Haram (you need to cross a street to get to the Haram), and have access to a common multi-story shopping center with food courts and all kinds of shops shared with Hayatt and Hilton.
Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are huge with separate spaces for showers and toilets. Very elegant.
Big closet with lots of light and space.

Cons:

They don’t offer breakfast included with our stay, it would have been nice if they did so.

Best hotel in Makkah
Pros:

I don’t know where to start from as this hotel got me overwhelmed and feel home to an extent that I’ll cry missing the place when I checked out, the secret behind this was the staff who really made me feel I’m home and one of them, I would really like to thank the whole team starting from the front office Mr Salman who made all my requests fulfilled and more than that to the rest of the team Mr Mohamed ali, Rawan the Amazing front office supervisor Mr yousif and Mr mohamed garni.

I’ll give a big thumbs up for the amazing team from the restaurant starting Chef mustafa, chef Ahmed who does the shawarma in Ramadan and the manakeesh after Ramadan and chef Amal chef shabaan and chef mohamed ibru now will go the amazing manager mohamed Adil and his assistant Bayader Fatma and Nouf and to the amazing Tayyab and Arif then will go to the amazing Tariq in the diamond and gold section and to the amazing Abdelrahman and Mubarak.

Now will got the executive lounge starting Abdelkarim and yasir to the amazing Asim abid and Mahmoud and chef shabaan and chef Younis

I really hope that I didn’t forget anyone as those are my family from now on they made my stay extraordinary.

Lastly I’ve stayed in most of the hotels in Makkah but this is my favorite and my only best spot yet so I highly recommend it to everyone.

Pros:

Perfect location and friendly staff. Mohammed Hilton honours staff is exceptionally helpful and professional. rooms are spacious and clean to good standard. Breakfast is good with multiple options. Kids love fresh omelettes. Main benefits of Conrad is you are in and out quickly just using 1 set of lifts.
