Excellent Service and experience
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at Conrad Hilton Makkah and had amazing experience of good service at Reception desk especially from the manager Mr Mohammed Ali. The breakfast was superb with lots of choices and very courteous staff. The Executive room was convenient for quick snacks and an evening meal with v good service.

Pros:

This is my second time staying at the Conrad Makkah Hotel and once again it has been an amazing experience. The location is ideal — as soon as you come out of the hotel, Gate 79 (Kaaba entrance) is right in front of you, which makes it extremely convenient for going to the Haram.

The food is excellent with a great variety and high-quality options. The bedrooms are spacious, very clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and rest after a long day.

What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone is welcoming, professional and always ready to help. A special mention to Mohammad Ali, the manager, who is incredibly friendly, helpful and always goes the extra mile to make sure guests are well looked after.

Overall, Conrad Makkah provides a wonderful stay with excellent service, comfort, and convenience. I would highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again.
