A true definition of Class, quality and value for money most especially the way and manner Muhammad Ali ensures everything meets satisfaction. The executive lounge has improved from its previous services, I have no doubt the presence of Abdulraheem has contributed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was relaxing.

A special thank you to Mohammed Ali for his excellent service, kindness, and professionalism throughout my stay. He made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable.

Wow, Masha Allah! I honestly don't know where to begin. This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had in my life. The hotel truly gives you a peaceful and spiritual feeling that perfectly matches the holiness of the place.
Its location is excellent, just a short walk from Al Haram. Thanks to the outstanding Manager, Mr. Mohammed Ali, I was generously upgraded to a suite, and I was truly spoiled by the exceptional experience. He was incredibly caring, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
The suite's view was absolutely spectacular. I could spend hours simply looking out the window at Al Haram, day and night. It was a breathtaking and unforgettable sight.
The staff were amazing, kind, and attentive. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Ali, Mr. Tayeb Javed, Mr. Abdulkarem Khawaja, Mr. Meftah, and the entire catering team for their outstanding hospitality.
I would also like to thank the housekeeping team, especially Mr. Ali Abulaban and Mr. Aziz, for their excellent service and attention to detail. Finally, special appreciation goes to Mr. Reda from the concierge team for his professionalism and assistance.
I sincerely thank everyone for making my stay so memorable. The hotel truly felt like my second home, and Insha Allah, I will be back again very soon.

The restaurant food was amazing—truly, truly, truly excellent! Every meal was delicious, and all the staff were always smiling, helpful, and attentive.
The location is also perfect. Shops and services are conveniently nearby, and the hotel is only a short walk from Al-Masjid Al-Haram, making it very easy and comfortable for visitors.

Had the most amazing experience at the Conrad. Although it was a very short trip our stay was such a great experience the level of customer service was exceptional every person we interacted with went above and beyond to give us excellent customer service. It was my sisters birthday so I sent a request asking if there was anything they could do in the room.
We got upgraded to a haram view suit absolutely stunning views. Also there was a beautiful cake and fresh juice waiting in the room. I will forever be so grateful for these gestures that made this trip so memorable. Special thanks to Mohammed Ali the manager that received my request and then went way above my expectations we had the most beautiful amazing umrah trip thank you for making it so special
