Highly recommended
Pros:

Our second stay, hospitality, Spacious rooms, comfy bes, cleanliness, luxury, breakfast buffet all are great. Highly recommended. No hassle for access to lifts, 5 mins walk to the Haram, a little ramp in the way to the Haram for caution in case of elders. 2nd raw but still very close. Very good executive lounge available.

Cons:

Room air circulation but they offered to change the room. The room was Haram 15th floor but didnt see the Kaba, just its ceiling.

Apart from the slight inconvenience of having our two rooms in different towers, it was an overall pleasant stay.
Pros:

Pros:

We loved our stay at Conrad. The Partial Haram view and spacious room was a plus point. Rooms were clean and the food at restaurant was amazing.we loved the breakfast as well and proximity to haram was also short. I thank Abdul Rehman,manager conrad for upgrading our room and also would like to thank Mr Tayyab for his hospitality and support with helping us on issues beyond his area of responsibilities. Big thanks to everyone.

Cons:

On last visit,we had all bathroom amenities available but this time we didn't get to see any lofah,dental kits n combs.

لااعتقد أني سوف اعود لفندق كونراد مرة أخرى
Pros:

اعجبني بوفيه الإفطار كان الأكل لذيذ ومنوع والموظفين تعاملهم رائع

Cons:

اولاً : مستوى النظافة أقل من المطلوب والموكيت قديم ومتسخ حتى الممرات واضحه البقع فيها .
ثانيا : طلبت سرير إضافي وعند القدوم وضح الموظف أن هناك خصم ودفعت المبلغ كامل وعند الخروج طلبوا مبلغ اضافي وابلغوني أن الموظف اخطأ في عدم ايضاح قيمة الضريبة المضافة.
