Completely unmanned check-in late at night. :(
Pros:

Our flight arrived in at 1 AM which we had notified the hotel about. The ground floor of the building had no signs indicating check-in. We almost gave up. International visitors can't activate cell phones right away so after 15 minutes of searching, we finally found an empty desk with a phone number and some hotel brochures on it and thought that if this was check-in, it was useless. Our taxi driver nicely helped and someone finally picked up the third time we called. 20 minutes later we were checking in. There were a couple dead roaches on the floor but at 2:30 AM with tired children, we ignored it and went to bed. In the morning, we called down for breakfast but nobody picked up. We went to the sixth floor where the office was and got our breakfast ordered and our wifi password. We weren't informed that the password only worked on one device so when my son logged in first, the rest of us were locked out. They did give us another password and breakfast was awesome! I would not recommend this place, though if you come in at a decent hour, it will be better.

Pros:

It is located inside a shopping complex which become very lonely place after the shopping complex close for the day. Not felt safe at all and on top of that it doesn't have restaurant in it.. biggest myth is the picture it shows in site is not the hotel rather that's shopping complex picture where few floors are of this hotel.
