Bare bones, Just a room to lay your head.
Pros:

Seems to always be some kind of room avaliable, like if your in a pinch you can just show up and get a room . It is fairly clean. Nice staff
Close to colonial district.

Cons:

Bathroom was cramped toilet is sideways because of the bathroom layout and lack of room.
The price was more than 25$/1,275 dp. It should be no more than 18-20$ usd. And that's still reaching.
-🚩there is no shuttle service for additional charge as advertised on booking.com website
-wifi did not work in NY room which was furthest to the back at end of hallway, sometimes I got a weak random signal.
No Netflix or any smart TV streaming ect. Local cable only.

Good Basic Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is fine - clean - owner is on site and helpful
Small room for one night
No place to get food near by but the owner helped to arrange to have food delivered that I placed in the fridge for the morning
