Pros:

Nice hot water, comfortable bed, location, staff.

Cons:

They only accept cash. The shower head could use some cleaning. The smell in the room was a bit like humidity. The electricity would go out and they did have a backup generator but the internet would disconnect. There is a way to set it up where the internet connection doesn't get disrupted.
