Don't Pick Room 204 and stay elsewhere if you can
Pros:

The room was a decent size. The location was good. The towels were of good quality.

Cons:

There is no check-in attendant. You need to pick up an non-sanitized phone and speak to someone. I wonder how many other people have used this phone and spread germs onto the receiver? At least they could have wipes readily available to wipe the phone before each use. The AC was a floor unit that required you to open the window and vent the air to the outside. It was very loud. The heat did not work - blew cold air. The view was horrible. There's no mention that the view of a wall!!

Pros:

Very large room with larger refrigerator & freezer than most hotels. Had kitchen area but no dishes or cooking equipment. Large bathroom area.
Very clean. Staff cleaning rooms in AM were friendly and very helpful. Washer/dryer available.

Cons:

No one at front desk. Had to check in by phone and get a code to enter my room.
Am disabled so had to take several trips to my car when I left. Was locked out of the room at 11:00am as I was trying to get last load to my car. Had to find staff to get into my room.
Some people live there, so not everyone was a tourist.
No breakfast

OK room. Easy walking to numerous restaurants
Pros:

Easy to walk to restaurants, all within 3-4 block range. Ample parking in rear. Comfortable bed. Large room but a little stark. Relatively quiet.

Cons:

No one at reception desk for check-in or check-out; just pick up a phone and wait for someone to finally answer and give a code to unlock hotel room. Never saw anyone at Lobby desk, ever. Arrived about 4:30 pm, hotel restaurant closed. Lobby unlocked/open whenever passed through in evening and early morning. Not sure how secure the hotel is at night. Need reservations at nearby restaurants. At 5:30-6 pm, 3 saud they were low on food with 60+ minutes waiting time on Sunday afternoon. Finally found smaller café; it was filled about 20 minutes later. Definitely need reservations on Sundays.

החדר היה מרווח, נקי מאוד ונעים. היה בו הרבה אור. המיטה הייתה נוחה מאוד. היה בחדר כל מה שצריך. היה נוף נעים מהחלון ויציאה למרפסת גדולה.

Cons:

רק בגלל המזוודות- חבל שהמעלית לא מגיעה עד לקומה השלישית. חוץ מזה הכל היה מושלם.

This is a perfect, roomy hotel in a great location!
Pros:

The room is very spacious and clean. The hotel staff is beyond helpful and friendly. They also have a filtered water station.

Good comfortable room that would become excellent with bathtub mat, Kleenex and extra lighting.
Pros:

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The bathtub/shower is slippery and the hotel should provide a bath tub mat to use it to prevent falls!
One of the hotels that we stayed in Seward provided the bath mat and with instructions to use it to prevent falls.

Box of Kleenex/Facial Tissue was missing in the room.

Room could use some more lighting.
