Pros:

Está muy céntrico

Cons:

Éramos dos habitaciones y en la de mis padres cucharachas y el baño fatal todo se le salía el agua por el inodoro
En relación al ruido es muy poco comprensible que los empleados del restaurante sigan haciendo ruido desp de las 10 de la noche
A las 10 apagan la música que considero que debería ser 8 pm y a las 10 recogen y es otro escándalo de carros pasar por los pasillos gente riendo y gritando mientras uno intenta descansar o ajustan horarios o no den habitaciones en el primer piso

Centrico y colonial
Pros:

El hotel esta en el centro historico de la ciudad, por lo que llegas caminando a museos, iglesias, parques, la calle en la que esta el hotel es muy linda y colonial, la comida del restaurante esta muy rica.

Cons:

El personal de recepcion no es grosera, pero agregaria un poco mas de amabilidad

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y el inmueble
Las camas cómodas y muy límpio
La comida del restaurante La Llave, muy deliciosa
El personal muy amable

Cons:

Que mi habitación estaba en la planta baja y no tiene ventana, mi amiga quería cambiarse, pero el hotel estaba al 100%, así que me propusieron cambiar al otro día que se desocupara otra habitación, pero finalmente mi amiga se adaptó y no fué necesario hacer el cambio
