Very tired - not 4 star, don't pay over 75usd
Pros:

Very tired basic rooms - brown marble etc not refreshed for I'd say 3 decades. Great location on the beach and nice swimming pool, but do not expect 4star feel - it's a bit grim and depressing. Same goes for the restaurants etc. Felt like being back in Saudi, and not the good bit. . Overall, if it was 50dollars I wouldnt moan, but at close to 150 it's a shock.

Unfortunately no alchohol , no bar , and no buffet breakfast on regular basis , normal days breakfast starts at 9am , nearest walkable bars are within 25 minutes

Everything mentioned in booking was not available. We ordered lunch and dinner from the resort and it was very bad and old food. Just warmed up. Moreover, breakfast buffet was pathetic. Toast and eggs were too hard and old. Moreover, fruits were rotten and stinky. They used canned fruits not even fresh. Pool water temperature was not controlled. Honestly, not worth to go there with family. I strictly not recommend this resort. Should be 1 star.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes und vielfältiges Essen, 2 schöne Pools une grosse Zimmer.
Das Hôtel ist sehr abgelegen und es gibt kaum Transportmöglichkeiten. Es waren kaum Gäste da und die Atmosphäre war deshalb speziell. Es gabe keinen Strand und mehrere Bauarbeiten.

Kindergerecht, nettes personal. Essen war nicht wirklich gut aber es wurde viel gebracht sogar aufs Zimmer man musste dann nicht mit zwei kleinen Kindern zum buffet gehen sondern konnte im Zimmer essen

Palma resort is now newly renovated with excellent spacious rooms . Rooms facing sea side and swimming pools with barbecue pits separate for each room. Price is reasonable. Lots of activities . Hotel staff hospitality is too good. Mr. Hassan took good care and makes sure all is perfect.
