選這酒店的朋友，一定要十分審慎，必須指明要訂「海景」（SEAVIEW）⋯⋯我就是一時失策，沒有訂海景房，最後我獲派的房間竟然是面對住一座幾層高的停車場。我的露台就是面對住那停車場，相隔雖然有近百呎，但感覺就像活在高樓之間的夾縫。而且露台跟停車場之間建了一個商場走道鑄鐵篷頂，連街景也沒法可看。另外，這建築物的分體冷氣摩打就放在露台，所以基本上露台就是廢氣集中點，有露台等於沒有。對這一點，我是頗為失望的。
另外，房間的清潔做得不敢恭維，桌面、櫃面都鋪了灰塵。杯子有漬，㕑房的灶頭因為不是用電磁爐，所以陳舊得很。房內的地氈，懷疑有蚤。
酒店的服務人員則十分盡責，我們事前要求借用電飯煲。本來房間沒有，他們也特別張羅一個給我們。
這酒店位於檳城的STRAITS QUAY，那邊都是高尚豪宅，商場有食肆，有超市，但因為是豪宅區，不要期望便宜。要體驗住豪宅的日常，可以一試。

A variety of restaurants close by. Pool is great. The reception by V was most excellent.

Great stay over 4 nights. Easy access to Tesco within walking distance and short ride to Gurney Plaza. Wonderful service received from manager Miss Vasentha and very quick response to our queries.

Awesome views over the Marina. Apartment and balcony were much larger than I expected. Main bathroom was very upmarket, loads of room, through-out. Many restaurants/coffee shops in same precinct. What's App and Grab are easy, cheap and convenient to get in and out of Georgetown and surrounding areas.

The Property is located in a great area with Waterfront Balcony. Area was great with numerous restaurants and Grocery stores. Waterfront Marina and Bike/ Walkway was utilized daily. Loved the Condo and Owner was very Cordial and Helpful. Would stay there again.

Place are same as what in the pictures shown and love the quietness of the place which what i need after a long day of meetings.

コンドの施設にはプールやジムがあり、モールに隣接しているのでとても便利です。また、一階にスーパーのあり、食材も揃います。簡単な調理器具や食器もあり自炊が快適でした。

If you are lookung for the bustle and noise of the tourist traps, this is not the hotel for you. Everything is really in arms reach; grocery store, coffee shop, lightly travelled mall (except weekends!) We were able to get a GrabCar (with little effort) to get to Fort Cornwallis and Batu Ferrenghi. It was at the latter we saw the tourist traps and noted the difference.

Not only would I recommend this hotel but I plan to stay here in the future.

Was expecting a hotel setting since it's thru hotels.com. Host was unfriendly because we were late to check in from our expected arrival time, not flexible. Paid USD200 per night to be reprimanded by the host. No ammenities, we had to get shower gel and water from store. TV has only 1 channel. Check out needs to make appointment. If this is a hotel we didnt have to go thru all these. It should be removed from the listing in this website.

The apartment is a perfect space for 2- 3 people; everything is exactly as shown on pictures, very spacious as well.
It is also well furnished, decorated and kitchen is well equipped ( cookware & cutlery) enough to cook a dinner after grocery shopping from SAM'S Groceria ( within same complex). Its cleaned and suited my needs perfectly.
The location is prime, as it is between Batu Ferringhi and Georgetown. And feel safe as there are security guards at each entrances.

Unit is located in a part of good & new resort project location.
But not what I expected for Holiday House of Penang island.

INTERIOR: Perfect cooking facility, but no interior dining table.
I had dinner at small kitchen counter right next of kitchen sink.

EXTERIOR: Spacious balcony but no ocean view, facing to car park building.
Also blowing exhaust air from overhead A/C unit to dining table of balcony.

Fully furnished apartment, may be good for temporary business trip stay.
NOT for Holiday.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the location is excellent and the landlord is very responsive to any questions or additional needs.

The host was very helpful. He contacted me & provided additional information about the facilities & also bought some provisions for me for my arrival such as milk, fruit & breakfast cereal. The apartment is as described, a modern, 1 bedroom apartment built & finished to a very good specification. The apartment is well equipped with pretty much everything you would need for your stay (mine was 4 weeks). The apartment has good speed wifi ( 2- 5mpbs) , telly with basic satellite package and is contained within the Straits Quay marina complex with supermarket, cafes, restaurants, bars, swimming pools, gym & jogging/walking track. Nearby there are plenty of options to get around the island, free shuttle bus, local bus service, plenty of taxis, bike hire! I would definitely recommend it.
