Pros:

Nothing prepared! Took an hour for checkin! The rooms were antiquated and had brown yellow water coming out of faucets and bathtub spouts at first! They gave us no towels until we requested and one of the bathrooms was incapable of warm water! The area around the hotel was very suspect! All the eating places closed down by 9pm! Would NOT stay there again!

Generelt manglende attention.
Pros:

2 overnatninger, første nat i en suite, hvor badeværelset sejler i vand på grund af utætheder, vi accepterede at tage første nat der da det var sent, men fik en ny for dag 2.
anden morgen, søndag morgen kom vi ned for at spise morgenmad kl. 09:15, da var de fleste mad fade tomme, eller meget begrænset indhold, så der var meget få ting at vælge tilbage, der var generelt urent, krummer og madrester på gulv og borde, mangelfuld rengøring, og megen lidt attention for at komme med mere mad for de tomme mad fade, og det var allerede klokken 9:15 en søndag morgen. ikke et sted at anbefale eller komme igen, receptions personalet var dog meget flinke.

Night receptionist was fantastic !
Pros:

My purse got left in the taxi. We did Not have a receipt or a drivers name. The gentleman wat the reception desk somehow found the driver and had my bag brought back to the hotel. This was all at 3:00 am. This took the gentleman several hours to arrange this. He would not any gratuity at all! We wee leaving the next morning for a Chiang Mai, so he was a a Godsend!

The hotel is very close to Don Muang Airport. The suites are huge. The breakfast was good.

I recommend this hotel.

We stayed as a family of four in one of the suite rooms. Positives; close proximity to airport (5km) making it easy for an overnight stop, huge room (ie three bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchenette) included breakfast, gym and pool. Negotiates; a bit tired

Pros:

It was a nice stay. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good with sufficient choices. The hotel is very conveniently located.
But, there were no tea/coffee arrangements in the room.
Good for short stay.

Pretty good value for the money
Pros:

location was very convenient to Don Mueang airport. Not a fancy hotel but good value for the money. A little time consuming to get to downtown Bangkok but only about 200 bhatt.

Very nice.
Pros:

Close to market , nice friendly staff. The pool is nice , the Gym and Sauna is nice but the staff in this area not very friendly not mean just not welcoming. The front end staff was professional and helpful, the shower leaked on the bathroom floor in both rooms i had for my 10 day stay but not a problem for me.

Good location and reasonable price
Pros:

It was OK. We celebrated our wedding at this hotel 7 years ago. The new tower rooms are good but small. Need shelves in the shower cubicle, an electric clock and another chair - only one chair provided for two people. There was a cockroach in the bathroom

Pros:

Great for one night stay as we were flying out early the next day. You should only be paying max 100 baht from airport to hotel or vice versa. Some drivers tried asking for 500-700. Ask for it to be on the metre if possible.

Nice hotel but they need change
Pros:

Everything ok in ebina but no wifi in the rooms you do have to pay but staff helpful but the wifi big disappointem for me when they advertise in all rooms and the TV there is no english channels or movies so don't waste your time flick the channels
