Not much to be acceptable. The bedroom and the staffs were good. Otherwise, disappointed.
Pros:

The safari theme was quite nice .. my son enjoyed it. Staffs were friendly and polite.

Cons:

I booked for galaxy theme, the hotel management did not inform that the galaxy themed room was under construction. Only realized after checking in, did not even mentioned at the reception. Breakfast was limited not value for money, I can even list down the menu, it was very limited choice of food, imagine they don't even have a chili sauce. Clogging at the bathroom, while showering or after using the bathtub, the bathroom clogged and was flooding, felt very uneasy. Even complaint on this but they never overcome the problem or at least provide an available room which is not clogging.

Pros:

Room was very pleasant for the price and the check-in/check-out process was so easy. Location is top-tier.

Nichts hat mir gefallen!

Cons:

Nach einer Nacht geflüchtet Wir haben es hier genau einen Tag ausgehalten und sind dann fluchtartig in ein neues Hotel gezogen. Eine Stornierung oder Geld zurück gab es nicht, aber das war uns der Abbruch wert. Das Gebäude war glühend heiß, die Zimmer stickig und stinkend. Die Badezimmer waren komplett versifft und alt, und der Hotelsafe war nicht mal festgeschraubt. Bloß die Finger weglassen! Sogar 1 Stern ist zuviel ,Booking sollte mal das Hotel überprüfen finde das ist ne Täuschung!!

The worst hotel that I've stayed in Malaysia
Pros:

Nothing,instead I regret for choosing this hotel for my family vacation

Cons:

Very old hotel that was refurbished
Facilities were either broken or defunct
Aircond is not functional with thick dust and the room is very hot
Bath tub is broken
No hot water,my kids showered in cold water

Simple place of rest
Pros:

Strategic location. A basic hotel with basic amenities. Basically you get what to paid for. Just a place to rest while roaming around Penang Island
