Schönes Hotel mit super Aussicht
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber.
Die Minibar war inklusive und wurde täglich aufgefüllt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Es gibt eine schöne Bar mit toller Aussicht.

Cons:

Das Restaurant hat Abends keine besonders gute Auswahl.
Beim Frühstück war es sehr voll und der Raum dafür zu klein. Am letzten Tag mussten wir im Foyer frühstücken.

Pros:

Zimmer 617 hat furchtbar nach Abfluss gestunken, aber wir konnten problemlos in Zimmer 505 umziehen. Das war in Ordnung, aber der Sessel hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und der Auslass der Klimaanlage müsste dringend gereinigt werden.
Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes im Hotel war täglich das Frühstück. Sehr vielfältig, ansprechend präsentiert und das Personal fix und freundlich. Die kostenlose Minibar wurde täglich aufgefüllt. Sie beinhaltet 2 Bier, 2 Cola, einen Apfelsaft und eine Fanta. Zudem stehen 2 kleine Wasserflaschen im Zimmer, die bei Bedarf ersetzt werden.
Die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht wirklich angenehm (Bettler) und die dortigen Buslinien im Berufsverkehr sehr langsam unterwegs.
Die Bar im 11. Stock ist gemütlich und bietet unter anderem sehr leckere Cocktails.

Second year in row - super comfy.
Pros:

Restaurant was super, Breakfast was good and many food to choose from, location is good and service is good as well.

Cons:

I asked two times in advance to get separate beds. When we arrived there was one big bed. I needed to ask two times again in the hotel to get the split of the beds in the evening at 9 p.m.
It was a bit exhausting, but it was nice that they made it possible in the end.

Zentrale Lage und 2 Bushaltestellen nah beim Hotel.
Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage (20 €/Nacht) konnte am Abreisetag noch bis Abends genutzt werden.

Pros:

Hotel sehr sauber , Frühstück war ausgezeichnet gut, Lage war in der Nähe vom Bahnhof , leicht zu Fuß erreichbar und von dort kommt man überall hin . Am ersten Tag waren sie an der Reseption nicht sehr hilfsbereit . Die Bar am Abend ist sehr zu empfehlen . Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen .

Hotel für eine Stadtbesichtigung, trotz einiger Mängel, gut geeignet.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Gute Anbindung Richtung Bahnhof wovon man dann überall hin kommt.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück richtig super. Sehr reichhaltig mit großer Auswahl.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, konnten bzw. hatten aber wohl nicht den die Möglichkeit alle unsere Anmerkungen/Probleme mit dem Zimmer zu lösen.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft im Zimmer wurde festgestellt, dass eine Verdunklungsgardine ca. 1/3 der Länge nicht in der Zugschiene befestigt war. Hätte man beim Zimmer reinigen eigentlich sehen müssen. Nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption wurde dieser Mangel kurzfristig behoben.
Des Weiteren funktionierte der Fernseher nicht. Dieser Mangel wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes, trotz Beanstandung bei der Rezeption, nicht behoben.
Unser Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zu Nachbarzimmer. Diese Tür war zwar abgeschlossen, dennoch war es dadurch sehr hellhörig, dass wir das Fernsehprogramm aus dem Nachbarzimmer mithören konnten.
