Fri minibar og vand på værelset. Stor god morgensmadsbuffet. Nem parkering i kælderen. Bus forbindelse lige udenfor døren og U-bahn i gåafstand.

Tolles Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gut Lage. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Viel kostenlose Extras.

Cons:

Nach Benutzung der im Zimmer vorhandenen Tassen wurden nach Zimmerreinigung nicht ausgetauscht oder gereinigt und es wurde das auffüllen der Kosmetik Tücher vergessen . Die Kopfkissen sind etwas dünn, musste man viel falten um den Kopf zu stützen.

Okay für einen Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Dafür, dass das Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der Innenstadt war, war der Preis wirklich gut.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich ist nicht wirklich schön. Überall fliegen benutzte Handtücher und Bademäntel rum. Von den beiden Saunen, die es gab, war eine komplett ausgeschaltet. Die 90° Sauna hatte nur 60° und war entsprechend voll gequetscht. Man muss die Sauna schon entsprechend früh anschalten, damit sie auch um 16:00 Uhr auf Betriebstemperatur ist. Weshalb die zweite Sauna nicht ging, dazu wurde leider nicht informiert.
Das Hotel liegt zwar relativ zentral, aber in der Gegend möchte man im dunklen lieber niemandem begegnen.

Es entspricht nicht was Sie anbieten

Das einzige was mir gefallen hat war das das Zimmer soweit ok war.

Cons:

Ich Reise seit vielen Jahren und kenne viele Hotels und habe dadurch einen Vergleich. Der Grund warum ich diese Hotel gebucht habe war das ich es aus Berlin kannte was sehr schön war Salzburg war absolut perfekt vom Service, super freundlich, ob im Gastro Bereich, Rezeption, Zimmer war Mega. Die Küche hervorragend. Der Wagen wurde geparkt. Aber Hamburg war im vergleich eine andere Kategorie. Eine Enttäuschung. Die Zimmer waren schön aber das war es auch. Der Gast ist ein Durchlaufender Posten. Ich werde es nicht mehr buchen dafür gibt es in Hamburg schönere Hotels die auch auf Kunden Wünsche eingehen.
Parken war ein Problem und man konnte keine Fenster öffnen. Alles im allen ist die Bewertung nicht gerecht zu anderen Hotels. Restaurant Karte für das was Sie anbieten enttäuscht.

Super Lage, schöne Rooftopbar und eine saubere moderne Anlage

Das Hotel ist super in der Hamburger Innenstadt nahe des Hauptbahnhofes gelegen. Das Hotel ist modern, hat alles was man braucht und die Rooftopbar ist sehr schön. Geschäftlich bin ich gerne in dem Hotel.

Ok hotel.
Pros:

At det ligger tæt på byen, og parkering i kælderen. Morgenmaden var fin.

Cons:

Af et 5 ☆ hotel, synes jeg ikke helt det lever op til. Ringe seng, dårlige flade puder og slidt dyne.
Badeværelse noget slidt.
