Modernes Hotel in guter Lage mit toller Bar
Pros:

Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, gute Lage, Bus hält vor der Tür, zur UBahn nur ein paar Minuten, der Hauptbahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar. Tolle Bar im 11. Stock.

Cons:

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die sich summieren. Schlechter Geruch aus der Dusche, der nach Reklamation behoben wurde. Nur ein Zahnputzbecher, Toilettentür ließ sich schlecht schließen, WC-Deckel knarzt heftig.
Etwas enttäuschend war das eigentlich sehr gute Frühstück unter der Woche: keine Station für frische Eierspeisen, Gebäck war ältlich und trocken, das frische Obst war auch nicht mehr top. Vielleicht fehlte schlicht Personal.

Pros:

Bei jedem Hamburg-Aufenthalt übernachten wir in diesem Hotel, weil die Lage gut und vieles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in der Nähe, ein Bus hält quasi vor der Tür. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz für 20 € kann hinzugebucht werden. Das Personal ist allesamt freundlich. Die Matratzen sind bequem und die Getränke der Minibar sind im Preis enthalten. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine große Auswahl von Speisen für jeden Geschmack, leider wurde der Smoothie eingespart.

Cons:

Leider gab es für die Sauna keine Bademäntel bei unserem letzten Besuch, weil alle im Umlauf waren. Und es wurde vergessen die Minibar aufzufüllen, aber nach einem Anruf wurde dies umgehend erledigt. Diese beiden Punkte habe ich beim Auschecken angesprochen - die Reaktion war sehr kundenorientiert und in unserem Sinne - danke.
