Ligging centrum op wandelafstand of met bushalte voor het hotel prima bereikbaar. Zeer goed ontbijtbuffet. Comfortable kamer op 7 hoog.

Fantastisches Frühstück das war wirklich top und es gab alles was man sich nur wünschen kann . Schöne Zimmer. Alles sauber

Unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption . Unmögliches Housekeeping. Ein Mann platzte einfach rein als ich grade aus der Dusche kam ! Die Lage ist auch nicht schön

Pros:

Kostenfreie Minibar mit täglichen Getränken und Knabberreien. Einfach bedienbar Beleuchtung und Klimaanlage. Wechselbar verschließbare Doppeltür für Bad und WC.

Cons:

Leider keine Fenster zum öffnen für Frischluft.
Fitness Studio viel zu klein (nicht einmal Notausstattung für ein Training für mehr Personen).

Tolles geräumiges Zimmer, zentrale lage, gemütliches bett

Teures frühstück, Reinigung könnte besser sein, an den möbeln waren flecken vom vorgänger, zahlreiche haare etc…

Nice, but expensive
Pros:

Breakfast was fine, Dinner in the restaurant was good, but VERY expensive. Sauna was perfect

Cons:

It was annoying that one of 3 elevators was out of order the whole stay. This caused a lot of waiting. A trip to the Parking garage could take up to 20-30 minutes.

Disappointing Handling of a Maintenance Problem

It’s well located.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had a problem with the shower during our stay. The drain was clogged, so every time we took a shower, the water accumulated and overflowed onto the bathroom floor.

We reported the issue and were told that it had been fixed, but the problem continued exactly as before. This was very inconvenient, especially since we had already asked for help and expected the issue to be properly resolved.

What was most disappointing was that no alternative solution or additional help was offered, even after it became clear that the problem had not been fixed.

Ikke fordi han sagde noget forkert men han snakkede med en attitude som om vi var ligegyldig. Det var meget ubehageligt at opleve det.
