Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer - sauber und sehr groß und einen tollen Ausblick. Die Lage war super, um Ausflüge zu starten

Cons:

Die Vorhänge waren leider falsch angebracht, sodass wir die Zimmer nicht ganz abdunkeln konnten. Da wir die Kinder dabei hatten, war das nicht so vorteilhaft. Auch auf Hinweis beim Personal wurde hier leider nichts geändert.

Die Lage ist hervorragend in der Stadtmitte umd man kommt zügig u.a. zum Hauptbahnhof

Insgesamt gar nicht schlecht - nächstes Mal in Hamburg werden wir ein anderes Hotel ausprobieren
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ausreichend geräumig und sauber sowie das Bad auch. Außerdem war es sehr leise im Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage ist mit 20,00 € exklusive des Hotelpreises irgendwie schon teuer.
Das Frühstück, insbesondere die Wurstwaren und das Obst, war qualitativ nicht dem Preis entsprechend.
Die Mettwurst im Glas war jeden Morgen angegraut, der Eiersalat im Glas zu fade und zu kalt und das geschnittene Vollkornbrot trocken und an den Seiten nach oben gewölbt - also alt. Das frische Brot war einfach nur hart aber nicht im Sinne von kross.

Stadtnahes, schönes Hotel
Pros:

Schönes Ambiente, gutes Frühstück, leckere Cocktails in der Bar in der 11. Etage, fußläufig alles erreichbar ( Speicherstadt, Hafencity, Deichtorhallen, Hauptbahnhof, City, Jungfernstieg, Landungsbrücken, Elbphilharmonie), blauer Bus für Stadtrundfahrten hält täglich um 9:00 un 10:00 vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Samstags sehr lange Warteschlange beim Frühstück. Wir waren 4 Nächte und tatsächlich nur am Samstag dauerte es 15 Minuten, bis wir als Familie einen Tisch hatten. Besser vor 9 oder nach 9:30, da entspannt sich die Lage wieder. Verbessern kann man hier kaum, wenn alle Gäste gleichzeitig frühstücken möchten. Man kann aber an der Bar vor dem Frühstücksraum schon einen Kaffee trinken. Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht allen Gästen einen guten Tisch zuzuweisen.

Все чисто, великолепный персонал, очень отзывчивый! Чудесный завтрак, отличный сервис.

Cons:

Но есть одна большая проблема- дышать в номере нечем! Окна не открываются и кондиционер не охлаждает помещение как мы хотим и нет притока кислорода. Мне очень понравилось все, но я никогда сюда не вернусь- просто невозможно спать без кислорода
